I love my oven!
I purchased the Brava Smart Oven in order to enhance my cooking experience at home. I am blind, and I was told by my favorite online disability influencers that the Brava Smart Oven was a quality product: fully accessible for people like me. They were 100% correct! I love my oven. It can do everything that a conventional oven can do, but it is much more accessible for someone like me because I can't control the smart oven through my phone using screen reader software. Even for non-disabled users, I would highly recommend this product. It's fantastic! It can cook in so many different ways; is easy to clean, and is fully countertop safe. And, even better, the Vrava Customer Service is also fantastic. My device was delivered to the wrong location by UPS, and Brava Customer Service worked very hard to not only ascertain where it had been delivered to, but they also offered to contract with a separate service like Taskrabbit in order to have it picked up and delivered to me once they learned that I am blind. Luckily I had someone that I could contact to pick it up for me, but I cannot express how grateful I was to Brava Customer Service for making my purchase experience accessible to me. Additionally, every question I've had about using my oven has been promptly answered by their knowledgeable Tech Support. Brava is, in my opinion, a fantastic company with a fantastic product!
