If there were a way to give negative stars, I would. I worked with this company Brax. io/ wishpond for over a year. Their marketing services were mediocre at best. They were not worth the ROI, so I cancelled. Three months later, they charged me. They lied about my canceling the service and did it again a month later. Stay away from this company.
Promised one thing, delivered another, then clawed back the refund they put in writing.
I engaged Wishpond (Brax) to run paid ad campaigns and the experience was poor from start to finish.
The sales call set expectations that delivery never matched. I was told there'd be weekly strategy meetings, that I'd be deeply involved, and that I could cancel at any time. In practice: ad copy changes I requested were ignored until I chased them on a call, my ads went live before those changes were made, and the Google campaign that was supposed to launch never did because the team didn't even have access to my account weeks in. Leads were consistently unqualified, and an account manager no-showed a scheduled meeting.
I requested termination on 26 March. What followed was worse than the service itself:
I was billed again on 9 April, after I'd asked to cancel.
On 21 April they confirmed in writing, twice, that a $1,500 refund had been processed.
That refund never arrived.
I was then charged another $600 on 5 May.
After a month of chasing and repeated "it's already been processed" replies, on 25 May they suddenly claimed the $1,500 was a finance "error" and the real refund was only $600.
So the refund they put in writing simply evaporated. I received no meaningful value from the service and spent nearly two months chasing money they confirmed was owed. If you can't deliver what you sell, don't bill people for it. I can't recommend them.

The same idiot at Brax / wishpond is again spamming me, whilst wishpond say 'oh dear - we don't do that sort of thing' . Yes they do.

Spam emailed me 5x within the span of two weeks, no respect or ethics and just spam. Do not trust.

Horrible. Do not send them your money. The glasses I purchased were not as advertised. They guarantee a refund but that is a joke

I never worked with them, but they don't stop spamming me with email.
Not to mention it's illegal in Canada.
They have no phone number.
According to Linkedin they have no employess.
Sounds like a scam be careful.

Does not follow Canadian anti-spam laws. I recommend anyone else receiving unsolicited emails from them to make a complaint. Looks like they've been doing this to a lot of people which is entirely unacceptable.
Absolutely horrific spammers
Absolutely horrific spammers! I haven't used their service and will not, but let me just advise anyone considering them; their prices are 100% improbable if you are to get the service promised. Let's take their basic plan. Imagine, you spend $10,000 per month on advertising and ONLY spend $199 on the agency to manage the whole thing. As someone who's been in the space for over a decade, this is an impossible scenario. Agencies like this rely on a constant churn of clients - hence the incessant spamming. If they were any good, they wouldn't need to spam potential new clients, because they'd be overwhelmed with work for exitsing clients. Ignore my advice at the expense of your bottom line.
Their Marketing Lead to $0 sales in over 6 Months
We paid this group a lot of money for their services, and this lead to ZERO sales. They consistently were late getting projects completed. There were always errors in the graphics they created. Many times, links in the ads did not work. STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!

Nothing but spam emails. Would never trust this company. Obviously the reviews of people who did use them aren’t pleased.

Waste of time and money
Waste of time and money. Typical company that over promises and under delivers. They said they would do all this these things to boost my sales. They did half of them in a half-ass way. It took them 2 months from when I started paying for them to get the first campaign going. It shouldn't have taken no more than 1-2 weeks. When I emailed that I did not want to renew my contract, I get ignored. They keep trying to charge me, I keep telling them I'm not renewing, they keep ignoring me. Stay away!
