Bought four different packs after seeing them on James Martin. Was worried about the packaging in postage etc, no need, well packed etc.
All four types were delicious, best i've tasted.
Couldn't be happier with it all

Bray Cured is the best Charcuterie we have tasted in the UK. We have never been disappointed at any of the different cured meats and especially enjoy the Venison and, this time, the Salami with Wild Garlic. We can taste that the products have been prepared with great care and attention. Well done Bray Cured and we wait to receive our next order.

Son around for bsnk holiday. Had Rack of lamb. Out of this world taste. Can’t remember such meat for last 60 years when meat only came from butchers

The title says it all. Alex is the most helpful anyone could be. The team have done themselves very proud. We received the most delicious charcuterie I have eaten in a very long time, absolutely stunning !!! A must try.

Great efficient experience. The gift box looked fantastic. The cured meat was delicious. All arrived very quickly.

The meat looks lovely and has good dates on. Unfortunately, the box was broken on the lid. I did email and ask if I could buy a new box as it's a birthday gift but have not had a response. Hence only 4 stars.

A massive thank you to Alex and David for a really fantastic duck charcuterie course yesterday - learned loads, laughed a lot and are very much looking forward to our duck ham/bacon/confit legs/pate/stock/roast potatoes in duck fat AND the bonus pork cracking! And we (nearly) did it all ourselves! You really offer a great experience and we would so recommend it - we WILL be back for the sausage-making course soon!

A really great experience. Alex was really interesting, welcoming and brought a wry wit to the whole experience. Loved learning about making salami and chorizo. Dave was a great teacher and I can't wait to taste my salami.
