Never Again. I have been a subscriber for over 15 years. The site used to be great. Hard core like I like it. Never degrading to the women, and decent rough sex. The site has gone to the pits. They make changes to the site without asking their thousands of subscribers. They almost never have big naturals, and the women almost always have their boobs covered in some sort of way. They either have tops on, they have bras on, they almost always have the boobs restricted in their natural movement. I'm a boob guy. Nothing else really matters as much. After signing up, the site completely failed to function. Videos would not load on a Mac or a tablet, rendering the subscription useless. When I contacted support to resolve the issue, I was met with a script-driven response from an agent named "Mark" who admitted, and I quote: "We do not know what is happening on the website."

Instead of fixing the technical failure or offering a refund for a service not rendered, the agent attempted to upsell me to a more expensive £9.94 monthly plan. This is predatory behavior—trying to extract more money from a customer who has already reported that the basic service doesn't work.

Furthermore, they use the UK Online Safety Act and "AllPassTrust" as a shield to deny refunds. Even after passing age verification, they claim all sales are final, which contradicts the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 regarding services that are not "fit for purpose" or "as described."

If you value your money and your data, do not sign up. I have had to escalate this to my bank for a chargeback and a merchant block to prevent further unauthorized billing. You have been warned.

The content is legit. I made the one year purchase and thought I was getting a steal. After about 4 downloads I got I reached my limit error. While streaming is a nice to have for me I only liked the feature when Roku was offering the private channels. I didn't then. Download limit is a bummer. I get it due to bandwidth but 2 maybe three downloads a day. Although I like porn I got better things to do.

I was informed with about 5 days left I was banned for logging in from too many computers when I had only logged from 1 computer. I emailed them and was told I had to contact them by phone or online support. Each time I called I got a fast busy signal = phone not on. I tried an online chat but waited an hour each time and then they ended the chat. Now my one month subscription is over. I also had a problem logging in after a few days. The site would not recognize my username. I was told by billing company (ProBiller?) to use my email. I am considering disputing the charge for my membership with my credit card company.

Absolute dog poo of a company have a ten year plan and every few months it says I am banned after days of hassle got it sorted only for it to happen again and again ..customer services the worst on the planet if..if you can ever get hold of them truely this company is the pits borderline scammers

total scam website iv been with brazzers for years only until now they think im using different locations and different ips which i havent and blocked my lifetime membership, i cant get through to any support because no help avaliable, im gonna contact my bank and report fraud and block all future payments from brazzers its a scam website

Hello my account blocking

My account gets blocked every time. Brazzers fixes the problem, but it keeps happening.
I asked for a refund, but they explained that it wasn't possible.
I paid over 300€.
I want to settle the problem amicably, but if they don't want to.
I want my refund. Nothing else

It's full of malware content (such as spyware) so I decided to just stay away from it. I actually found JasiCam.com
to be a lot safer, cheaper and more entertaining. It works smoothly without all these technical glitches that Brazzers suffers from. I like how they make use of cutting-edge technology for online entertainment without any censorship and filters. It's been a long time since I had this feeling of freedom and permissiveness - you can create and request anything you want! Brazers turned out to be dull and grey compared to it.

Dont get fooled by the 1$ deal.
If you take the deal you have 2 days to cancel auto-renewal and its not easy.
I cancelled mine trough probiller support because its impossible on their own site. Especially if u have a new account.
Because when you click on cancell auto renewall with a new account it will just tell you you cant and have to wait. Thats why they give you two days.
I got the confirmation email from probiller that my subscrition is cancelled and wont rebill. On the brazzers site it still says it will rebill so i started a second chat with probiller and they confirmed the cancellation again. So i hope this worked. But if you dont wanna go trough a lot of research and frustration on how to cancell dont take the deal. Or anything else brazzers is offering.

Pay for entry into an area of site and get charged twice and don't get entry into any part of the site.
Go to probiller who they run and they won't give me any of my money back
