the worst living experience ever the landlord (tony) never told the truth. never fixed things that needed fixed. was never on site. I would not recommend.

Cody Davis has integrity
Cody Davis was responsive, attentive, honest, sincere, and quick. There were 4 buyers bidding on the property I wanted, but Cody was creative enough to negotiate a deal that allowed me to purchase the property I wanted most without bidding more than I was willing to. I couldn't be more satisfied. Cody was everything I needed from a real estate agent.

Rent is fair, with only modest increases when time to renew leases.
Always available, by phone, at least.
Maintenance response time and consistency - if not urgent - leaves much to be desired.

excellent service
I have been with them for 3 years and I am very happy and pleased with there service. They are very honest and always friendly. Responses are quick and always explain what’s going on. If there is problem they are quick and easy to resolve with no hassle. There website service is excellent and very user friendly. I would recommend Blackwell real estate.

From our initial call, through negotiations, and final move in, everyone was friendly, quick to respond, and willing to assist; when we had questions, they were handled quickly and in sufficient detail to the point. Our time frame was short and when all was said and done, we couldn't have asked for more.
