Excellent communication and assistance. My Dell OptiPlex 3070 Micro Mini PC Wi-Fi Bluetooth was fast delivered and I am pleased about my new PC, I attached a second SSD in a few seconds.

Arrived sooner than anticipated and well protected. reasonable price and easy to order.

Delivery was prompt and the hardware was in great condition. Everything works great. I can't speak to the included windows software as I overwrote the operating system with Linux, but the fact a license was included would be helpful for some people I'm sure.

I would certainly buy from here again in the future.

I would certainly recommend this company. I stumbled across an ad promoting refurbished small form factor PCs, some as low as £50. I researched the site and e mailed them with some questions. Prompt and friendly response and even though I wasn't actively looking for a PC, I ordered one with 16 gig of RAM. It runs Windows 10 and I noticed it can't be upgraded to 11 due to its physical build, but that's no big deal. Win 10 will continue working after the updates stop. The machine is as quick as my i7 laptop, I'm well pleased. I didn't realise that the wi fi was built in and queried it before setting up as I had to order some leads. I was assured if it wasn't, I would be supplied with an adapter. All along, the responses have been prompt and reassuring. Also, it arrived next day and carriage was included. It's great to think there are companied like Breakfree who run their operation for the customer. Top marks all round and thank you.

After receiving and configuring the NUC I ordered, it was apparent that there was a problem with it. I emailed Breakfree with my findings and they literally replied 20 minutes later. They we extremely helpful and courteous, arranged a courier to pick the unit up next day, diagnosed the problem and to be sure, replaced both the Ram and SSD with new modules before having it back to be a few days later, after which the unit performed perfectly. Excellent value, service and support and it was refreshing to be able to buy hardware from a small company with a personal touch for a change, and particularly in this increasingly disposable world, one which embraces a repair and reuse culture. Highly recommended.
