Today I called to Breathe Easy ins. just to pay my bill. Romina Hernandez answered and she not only found better deal for me but taught me how to handle applications, signatures, what to look for and she explained to me everything clear and concise . It’s my first year to be on my own, I doubt I could have go through this without her. She is highly professional, detail oriented and she doesn’t give up till goals are accomplished. I think you as a company and me as a customer just lucky to have her.

I was able to restart my policy with…

I was able to restart my policy with April Holley, she was amazingly efficient and helped me get a lower rate than I expected. I am thankful that she was able to help me so quickly, her customer service and expertise is way better than other agents that I have had the pleasure of working with

Fantastic Customer Service

Danette took my call and was absolutely fantastic from demeanor to service she was gold star quality and beyond. Danette was clear on policy options and helped iron out any issues that arrose (mainly due to my lack of information) and was patient and kind from A to Z.

Easy changeover from old to new insurance

I was always anticipating the change over from one auto insurance to another to be a stressful process but Chris P. Edwards made it such a smooth and easy process. He explained everything thoroughly, made sure all of my questions were answered, got me set up with everything from my old policy to the new policy, and saved me $100 a month. Thanks Chris!
