Appalling customer service
I paid for an annual subscription, via Google Play, but the app is only giving me free trial access. The 'restore purchase' option in the app doesn't work and I have had to email customer services 4 times without resolution and only 1 initial standard reply. I do not recommend using this app.
The billing & subscription FAQs on the Breathwrk website tells you to email Google directly to request a refund, if you purchased the app via Google Play. So I emailed Google and got a refund in less than 24 hours. Such a shame Breathwrk can't get a handle on the app glitch or customer service in general.
