Breazify Avis 

I ordered the product and it has taken 20 days to reach me. The product is poor quality, smells very strongly of plastic and is very thin.
I wanted to send it back, however as it comes directly from China, you cant return it. They have offered a 25% refund which I guess is better than nothing at all. At least the money will pay for the petrol to take it to the recycling tip

Overpriced and terrible customer service. I didn't realise that I'd missed the past 2 orders as I moved addresses. Prior to moving, I informed them that I was moving and that my address needed to be changed. They changed it for that order but then proceeded to send the next 2 orders to my old address so I never received the product. When I confronted them about it, they told me that it was not their fault that they didn't know I was on a subscription model and so my address wasn't updated for future orders...umm hello? You all have my order details and know I'm on a subscription model. Why would I change my address 1 time and then revert to my original address after I had moved to a new apartment? In between responses they take about a week each time you write them an email as well. Anyways, I've wasted $100s of dollars on this company for a product that you can buy for about $0.10. They make incredible margins yet provide atrocious customer service.

Awful company. Received an empty box and another with parts missing.
Tried to contact them and heard nothing back - do not buy from them. Wish I had checked these reviews first as clearly a habit. Been scammed.

Huge Scammers!!!

The package was never delivered but I was charged. After contacting the support team they said I should “double check my house”…. As if I wouldn’t have noticed a random package over the course of a month.

After keeping my wife up many nights with my snoring and after trying different device found something that works. Helps me breathe through my nose at night and have a much better sleep. Only issue I have is sometimes marks my nose as has a slight hard edge which sometimes rubs in my sleep.

The magnetic strips for your nose are amazing and really help as I suffer with rhinitis and they help me breathe better through my nose throughout the night.

They're great. I broke my nose years ago which left me with a deviated septum. So I have a tendency to snore most nights. My wife has immediately noticed the difference. It hasn't cured the snoring, but it has definitely lessened. Plus, I'm a bit more chipper in the morning and refreshed from the air intake. Great.

Love it, works so well.

TOTAL SCAM. Placed an order, then heard nothing for 10 days. Emailed their support email twice asking them to cancel my order and process my refund. They then proceeded to expedite the processing and shipped the product. When I called them out on this, they offered to refund me 50% of the cost without me needing to send the product back to them. Received the product, and it's just a generic AliExpress item with no Breazify branding. Completely dropshipped product. I told them to send me a return label so I can send them the product back, and have yet to receive it after they transferred me to their return department. Forced to file a credit card chargeback, as they're completely fraudulent. Beware.

I received 2 boxes, both EMPTY!! I emailed them about it and they did not respond. Do not order from them!

Scammers. Never respond to emails. Item never ships. DO NOT give them your money.

It is just the identical cheaply made product you can buy on amazon for 7£ but they charge you 25£ for it. None of their marketing would betray this, but it's obvious as soon as you see the packaging. There is no difference whatsoever between breazify and the dozens of cheap alternatives on amazon.
The product is fine but breazify is a scam - save yourself the money and just buy it off temu or amazon.

It’s the exact same generic product that can be bought on Amazon for £7 and on AliExpress for less than £1 and they sell it for over £20. They didn’t even bother designing their own boxes—they sell it in the original, generic box. They’re using fake reviews on their website, and even the screenshots of the reviews from Trustpilot are fake. I was hoping it would at least arrive quicker than the one ordered from AliExpress, but they use the worst and cheapest shipping methods. This product is nothing but a SCAM!

They chose the worst shipping service from China to Europe and replied negatively to the customers when there were problems with the delivery (my package was never successfully received which is the seller’s fault according to the local laws).

What a terrible product, manufactured cheaply in china and takes almost 30 days to arrive, the nasal tab magnet fell out after the first use and the nasal stickers don't even stick!! this company is a scam, do not even waste your money.
