Ok, not comfortable
These are nice masks and effective for daily use but the elastic used for the ear loops is very thin and sharp. Not good for use of more than about 30 mins.

We are really sorry to hear that. You can loosen up the elastic around the ears to make it more comfortable. It is adjustable so it should be able to loosen so you can feel comfortable with your mask.

Very comfy
Ordered my lovely facemask. It eventually arrived today (through no fault of breslese). It came through Royal Mail to Ireland. The quality is good and it fits perfectly.

Way overpriced for what it is!!
Way overpriced for what it is!!! There's absolutely nothing special about this mask. It's just a normal piece of fabric. Website shows like 5 layers of "special" fabric. There's only 2. One which is harsh to the touch, polyester like, outer layer. The other one just a bit of cotton. All held together by puny little elastics. Also does not sit well on the face. They should be ashamed for ripping people off. My mum is sewing much better ones for free to help the community!!

Appalled about the reply from Brelese
I ordered two face masks for £ 39.80 - I gave the product a 2 star rating and I felt the price paid for the product I received was a bit of a rip-off. A bit later I was contacted by Brelese to tell me that such a review looked bad. They offered me a refund and the chance to keep the product IF I DELETED MY NEGATIVE REVIEW. I declined to do that and I told them that I felt they were using the Trustpilot tool in a fraudulent manner. I have kept the e-mail exchange. I am annoyed and appalled by their response. I shall post the e-mail exchange on social media - this is not the way a review tool should be used.

Would definitely recommend.
Customer service is really good. They replied to my e-mails the same day.
Delivery was about a week, but that is good under the circumstances we find ourselves in at this time.
