I originally purchased a pair of vermeil oval hoop earrings that reminded of a pair from a luxury designer. I loved the look of them but ended up requesting a return because I loved them so much I wanted to invest in solid gold earrings with a similar look. I did not see this pair in solid gold on the website but Alice from Brennmore offered to make them for me. The return process for the vermeil pair was easy and now I have a super high quality 14k gold pair. I would definitely recommend Brennmore in the future.

Absolutely love my ring! We ordered an emerald band to commemorate my daughter's birth and her birth stone. The band is stunning and the customer service was excellent and with continuous updates from the team, I felt so connected to the process of them making my ring that is so special to us! Highly recommend!!

I purchased a gold bracelet for my fiancé and she loves it. She wears it all the time and gets many compliments on it. The quality of the bracelet is fantastic and it will be a gift that will be with her for a long time.

Ordered a ring from them off Etsy. It was very poor quality and the stars it advertised having were poorly done. It looked like it had been dropped on gravel. On top of that, they make you pay for your own return. Don’t order from them unless you can see the product in person because they will not support you if you don’t like it.

Very good product; unfortunately, the earrings I got were smaller than I would have liked, but very good product overall, and high-quality expectations were met. Will for sure be checking out some of their other stuff in the future.

I ordered a paired of wedding ring through here but the size were a bit small and need resized. Alice is very helpful with giving all the details need and provide excellent service.

This is a beautiful piece. The craftsmanship is classic. I bought it as a pinky ring and the size is nice for wearing on a small finger and/or for a child to wear. I have enjoyed wearing it and am happy with my purchase.

I wanted to order a ring for my partner for our anniversary. After days of talking with them and finalizing the order, they ghosted me on all contact methods, including their website, Etsy, and WhatsApp. They responded after two days of silence that they couldn't take the order anymore and proceeded to ghost me again.
