The end result was quite different to what I bought. I bought a "wheat chain bracelet" - see the picture on their website. What arrived was completely different - different clasp (no Brennmore 14 carat) and different chain.
Getting it was a challenge. The website states "Please allow 4-6 business days (excluding weekends) for us to prepare your order". Note "us to prepare" - not when you get it. I have several exchanges with them on file. Guarantees given (several times), no delivery.
I eventually got it (a week later than they said) - it is different.
UPDATE - the initial item was replaced when it broke - took a month
The replacement then broke.
I got my money back
It seems like many people like the product - that assumes they are "real" - my advice is go somewhere that you can see what you are buying
