For mortgage approval you need a knowledgeable, honest and experienced mortgage broker. About 9 month ago, I was closing a condominium and looking for a private lender. My time was very tight and I was under a high financial pressure. I only could provide 20% of purchase price and one of my friends told me about Sugandha Grover. Sugandha strongly told me I will close the deal for you and I trusted. I told her I only have 20% of purchase price and I am not able to add anymore. I prepared all of the required documents and I paid the deposit and Apprisal fee too, but when I met her to sign mortgage papers, she told me suddenly “ Add 50,000 ( fifty thousand dollars ) on top of my down payment while I had no even 50 dollars to add my down payment. She already knew that I could not add any more money and strongly promised me “ I WILL CLOSE “.
I left her office while I got really shocked and disappointed and closing date was next day.
Sugandha, you were not honest with me because You must inform me about your lender company requirements, or You are not knowledgeable broker and you don’t know what is going on the mortgage market, or you are not experienced and you don’t know your job correctly. You only say “I close” “ I close” and I closed with other broker.
I will share my experience as a review all places that I see your advertisement, because I want to help people to don’t destroy their time, their money and their hope with you.

Most disgusting amount of people work under this roof ! From its owner to the associates to their accomplices all are fraudsters !

They make you sign fake Commitment letters of mortgage and give you an excuse on closing date that things didn't turn out well and force you for private lending..

Totally fraud company.. Stay away.

No way I would recommend this guys to my enemy. They are the absolute worst. They are rude and Arrogant. My realtor recommended them, I wish I did my background check on them but I trusted my Realtor. They charged me $10k for commission, the agreement I signed for preapproval is not what I saw at the closing, figures have changed and my rate has increased. They put me under pressure that I wish I could forget about buying the house but I already paid the deposit. THESE GUYS ARE FRAUDSTER. NEVER DO ANYTHING WITHOUT PAPER AGREEMENT. DO NOT WORK WITH THEM!!!

Trully Terrible Experience.

I wasted my hard earned money and time here. I should have waited and just went to a bank after I had built up my credit.

Sugandha Grover is not a good person. She does not treat immigrants kindly or even as human. She has a very rude, arrogant and dismissive demeanour and only works in her self-interest. She had absolutely no respect for me and my family, and lied constantly.

I was a first time home buyer and was too trusting. The company took unreasonable amounts of money as their commission, which I learned after speaking with a different lender. Please beware, this company can be threatening and deceitful, make sure everything is in writing, and better yet do not go into business with them in the first place.

Thank you Brevity Capital for your Prompt services. If anyone is having difficulties to get their mortgage done Brevity capital is way to go. Outstanding people with great knowledge and amazing personality.

Beware of Cheaters in the city.....
I was a first time home buyer saved every single dollar of my hard earned money for a home. Unfortunately, got introduced to this fraud company by a realtor, I was new in Ontario. I made a mistake by trusting them without checking their background. I have suffered emotionally, financially and getting threats from cheater agent Parm Ahuja and his superior Vikramjit.
Yesterday, my wife wrote a review about their fraud and cheating, they both were so ashamed that they called the police just to tell me not to go to their office to ask an explanation because they are the cheaters and do not want to face us.

I got a phone call from police officer and after explaining my situation, I am feeling so relaxed and realized how embarrassed they are, can't even face us.

I am writing this review only for to beware new customer, Do not pay commission in cash and get a written proof of everything. MOST IMPORTANTLY, go to them only if you are confident enough to explain your situation to police otherwise they will make you frightened.

We were referred to agent named Parm Ahuja by a real estate broker. Parm is totally irresponsible, rude and always mislead by gaving wrong information, just for his own profit. He wanted his commission to be paid in cash, we paid half cash and requested other half to include in closing. His gesture, tone of voice and behavior was totally changed and intentionally delayed submitting our file to bank, that put us in a situation to get a SECOND EXTENSION from buyer. When we went personally to see him, he and his superior Vikramjit, both mislead us by saying," the delay is from the bank's side because the bank is short of staff". To satisfy us they promised that the bank is agreeing to compensate the financial burden that we have to pay. It's been almost a month, he is not attending phone calls or replying the messages.

Today, I spoke to the bank and get a surprise that the file was not submitted on time as per bank's condition of 10 days even though the closing was after 2 and half months.

New customers please be careful they are total Fraud..... just an honest advise to save your time and hard earned money.

Very nice and fast service very satisfied

Brevity Capital has a really good and cooperative staff. My mortgage broker was so efficient, it was really impressive. I was not even sure if I could get my mortgage approved because I was buying a house for the first time and I was really nervous. But my broker was quite confident with my situation and she gave me enough confidence that I didn't have to worry about my mortgage and finally I got my mortgage approved without any hassle. Overall it was a really great experience with Brevity Capital and I'm glad my friend recommended them to me!!!

Someone referred me to Sugandha grover for our mortgage, she doesn’t reply for weeks and if she does then she speaks in a rude way. I find her very arrogant and unprofessional lady. Please do not go to her, there are lot of other professionals out there

All the positive review you see here were written by Brevity Capital employees. This is not a company to be trusted. I was introduced to them by a friend, they denied me at the last minute because I refused to teach them something they requested for. All my r documents is complete. I even surpassed what they are asking for only for the Indian boss to reject my application at the last minute.
If you non Indian, beware of this racist company. They will waste your time and put your application on hold and ensure you don't get the mortgage but If you can speak Punjab,they will approve you even if you don't have enough capital. Dis company must be reviewed by FICO they are fraudsters and time wasters.

Worst experience EVER... We were left in a very bad financial situation thanks to an unprofessional and apparently lack of experience and dishonest mortgage broker named Sugandha Grover from this company.. She is a BIG TIME LIAR and everything she'll do regarding the mortgage deal it will be for her to make money, leaving her clients literally alone or on the hands of unscrupulous private lenders, lenders that will pay her good commissions for you to make deal with them.
She is a disgusting person, I don't know how she sleeps at night knowing that she caused lots damages to hard working people like me and my partner. I Regret from the bottom of my heart the day I met this woman. And I cant wait for the right authorities to give her what she deserves.
