Excellent service. Fast and well packaged. I particularly like that I can order bespoke amount of hops - on other homebrew sites I would have to order another 100g pouch to make up odd volumes.

DHL messed up the delivery and finally turned up on the 4th occasion with a very battered box. I haven’t tried the products yet.

My first experience with Brew Day and it was a pleasure. Got a fermentation bucket on sale along with some bottles and a beer kit. Delivery was surprisingly quick, I wasn't really expecting it until the next week but it arrived on the Friday!
The only minor niggle, if I'm being especially picky, was the lack of packing protection in the box (considering glass bottles) and the beer kit's box was ripped on the bottom, leading to the cans falling out. However, it wasn't a gift and the contents were pristine so no bother there, and the glass bottles were also in perfect condition so what do I know?!
All in all a top company, will definitely buy from again :)

My delivery got lost
My delivery got lost, after contacting them I had a refund and still got my stuff, albeit, not quite what I had initially ordered.
