Poor communication to the point of rudeness from head office but driver excellent and product was as promised.

Advised of a delivery date to get the order but did not honour the delivery date. Very little interest to try to work together to find a solution.

Panels arrived late and damaged. Delivery driver said they'd replace the damaged panels, but Briarwood made me pay an extra £1800 because the driver "didn't make a note of it".

This company is an absolute scam.

Avoid at all costs.
I ordered 20 insulated panels and 5 of them were damaged and/or different colour shade. They replaced the 5 panels with a further 5 damaged panels. I was offered 25% discount to use those panels but when I said I wasn’t interested and I would like 5 undamaged panels I was told the creases could be hammered out and basically accept the discount or wait until March because they had run out of stock. Roughly £120 discount on an order worth over £2000, they also said the damage was due to poor handling and they would speak to the driver to clarify which homeowner was present when the order was delivered somehow implying we had a part in causing the damage.
In summary:
If you want damaged products, then more damaged products, no suitable alternative and long delays on your project, use Briarwood.
If you want what you paid for, use any other company.

Bought several insulated roof panels. Some of them arrived damaged. I was told replacements would take two weeks, and that's only if they were still in stock.

It seems BRIARWOOD SUPPLIES has no quality controls, they don't inspect their products before shipping, or they damage them during delivery.

How is it possible they're happy to take my money and can't even deliver the goods intact? The entire project will have to be put on hold.

Just put information on your website that products may arrive damaged and that replacements will take two weeks. Then customers can decide for themselves whether they still want to buy from you.

With delivery 6-8 working days
It's now delivered week late with three cancelled deliveries and a text 3am this morning
I've taken time off work to accept delivery with no apology
Was told when I spoke to lady at office it was not their fault as they had sickness
I asked her to get manager to ring me and she promised me she would
Did I get a call NO
I will not be using again and certainly not recommend

Delivery was excellent. The driver made every possible effort .

Very helpful I needed some advice on some of the flashings etc and all was explained in detail, missed a few screw covers off the order accidentally (i collected) and the missing items were sent out next day at no cost to me, overall very happy would definitely recommend
