Arrived really quickly, just what I wanted.

Pre ordered lego spiderverse mini figures, expected release was sept 15th, on the 9th of September I recieved an email saying my order had been delivered, nothing has been delivered, emailed their customer service over a week ago and haven't had a reply, tried getting back on to my order page through the email link which was sent when ordered which now shows error 404 wouldn't advise using and disapointed im now out of pocket

Brick Deals had an impressive range of ‘plastic lock bricks’, very prompt response to and and confirmation of my order, and expected delivery date, and delivered on time AND for FREE! Excellent service!

I am a bit wary of this site, some things I've noticed are... off. I created an account. And now I can't log into it. When I go to reset my password, it gives me a 404 page. I placed an order, and it wouldn't take Klarna, it was... very weird in general trying to place an order, the form felt buggy. And when I did put something through, and got an 'order has been processed', trying to view that order also gives me a 404. And trying to reach out by e-mail? Good luck. No response from a query I sent a month ago. It's all suspicious to me, and I hope I get my money back.

Order finally arrived as of August 9, 2025, rating has now been updated accordingly to reflect changes, excited to get a chance to mod the republic juggernaut.

Ordered from them as the product was £10 cheaper, turns out I was charged full price, but still I'm happy with the product just didn't save anything

EDITED:
I received an open LEGO set that was sold as new. After responsive support and an actual video of my external package being sealed for delivery in the original external LEGO packaging - I noticed the external box that arrived was different. Customs had opened my package. TY for the great support to solve this mystery. The fault was not Brick Deals at all.

OLD---Their sale was actually just shipping out returned items. I was sold a new product that has 100% been opened before. Now I cannot return it because the cost to ship back is $$$$.---END of OLD
