trash investment, it has to literally wait for other people to buy your bricks from you

terrible investment.....bricks are over priced to real value and management fees mean there is little ope of a decent return.....unless your Brickx!

I found BrickX amazing as an entry-level investment tool that doesn't cost much to get into, yet you can see returns almost instantly from their platform.

Great company, awesome idea

Returns have been poor and even though they took months to get the tax statement out for 2019 they messed it up and reissued a correction in December.

My BrickX journey has just begun but so far so good. The only thing I would suggest would be a smart phone app perhaps.

I own investment properties and it’s hard work, always dealing with vacancies, bills and something going wrong. That’s why I love brickX, everything is taken care of. In my time I’ve learnt that capital growth is what makes you rich and these properties they provide are located in prime locations for this. In short this is a great way to get your skin in the game hassle free. Very very easy to use 5 ⭐️

Love it! It’s good fun if you like property and have a few hundred dollars. I wouldn’t put serious money here as the returns aren’t the best. But it’s a awesome platform to learn a bit about property and I love owning my bricks! Great way to save.

Idea is good, but the implementation is terrible.
Fees are incredibly high.
Smart Invest is not that smart. Dividends from the properties in which it invests are much lower than from other properties.
I asked some very pointed questions on how the system works, the reply from Brickx was simply to copy and paste some useless fluff from the support pages.
Disappointed in myself for not researching this product properly.

Exciting and fascinating that's the best way to describe the experience. A guiding hand and so simple to understand no mystery just plain english.

I believe the platform Brickx makes investing simple for those who do not have access to large sums for down payments on an investment or property. This model of micro investing can possibly allow for a snowballing effect in the long term especially with people trying the smart invest option where someone can simply set and forget a small automatic payment each month, if they do not understand the market or platform. Obviously dividends are low on smaller investments but this can be a good foot in the door for people and it is potentially much more valuable to people than a subscription to Foxtel, Netflix or Spotify. Try subbing out some of your subscriptions for the smart invest option and see what happens.

I think it is a great idea but I am in it for 5 to 10 years. The property market is now taking a hit and I believe that this is the time to invest. The fees are a little high but if you invest long-term l am sure the gain will match the pain. A term deposit pays just as much but the capital gain l should profit from with my time frame

I have been putting a small amount each fortnight into brick X for about 18 months now. I think some of the comments below are a bit short sighted and misguided. In real life, if someone knew the valuation of their home from day to day, they would have a heart attack. If you want to make more money in the short term (with more risk) this is not the platform for you. If you are looking out 5-10 years it might be another proposition. The comments below are true of what the valuation is and what people are willing to sell for. If you are patient, set your alerts and buy when somebody else is impatient and wants to get out quickly, you can make up your %. This builds your ROE a lot quicker and brings your portfolio more in line with what people are willing to sell and buy for. With that said the only issue I have is the 1.75% fees. I have been reducing the effect though by waiting for people to sell out cheaply. I am interested to see how the voting goes when it is time to sell a property in 5 years time. This is when investors gains will be correctly realised. If this works well I will be most certainly increasing my portfolio size in this method of investment. I will mention here that this is only a small part of my overall investment strategy as it is still new and long term not tested. (BTW I think it is fun to use)
