Communication and the beautiful dress
The communication about the size of the dress, as well as the abrupt response to my emails and the effort to understand every detail, was fantastic, but what was even better was my dress, which I fell in love with, as did everyone at my wedding.

I had to order my dress twice bc of my mistake by not customizing the dress with my measurements. I got with customer service and they responded very quickly and they were able to help me with my situation. I was able to get my customized dress on time for my wedding.

The dress I received is not the dress I ordered but don’t have time to return and reorder. I’m so disappointed. The dress I ordered was knee length and the one I got is long with a train.

The dress is very pretty. I don’t think the bustle option was actually a bustle. And the skirt that adds volume is just like hoop skirt that comes separately. The support staff was unbelievably kind, responsive and helpful with all questions that I had showing me different dye options for different color dresses. There will be little tweaks to the dress that a seamstress will have to make but it’s worth not spending thousands of dollars for 5 to 6 hours. I was super disappointed to see that the support staff in England but dress was made in China.

Dress was a good fit
Dress was a good fit. Follow the fit chart. I had to size up. I’m usually a 4 but I ordered a 6 and it fit well. Construction was amazing. Definitely good quality for the price I paid.

Amazing dress!
I highly recommend this shop, I discovered it by accident. Ordered the dress in the color shown on the order page, I dyed it black removed the zipper back and sewed in a corset back. Dress is absolutely stunning and is great quality. I felt stunning!
