I have won lots from here, cash and physical prizes 🥰 I’ve won PLouise bundles, £1,000 cash, £500 cash and way more. They do so many freebies which is great. The lives are really entertaining and the competitions don’t have a stupid amount of tickets on them, they are low odds and I find it the most lucky 🍀 Definitely recommend ☺️

This is a genuine site which I have had some good wins off. The layout of the website is great and I like the variety of prices for the competitions, offers something for everyone's budget.

Edit to say, the website have changed how they run their freebie games following feedback and this shows transparency & customer care.

For starters, similar to what other reviews have said, I have found the person running this page to be extremely rude. I have been shocked several times by the way I have been spoken to. In my experience, there is very little respect shown towards players. I also have serious concerns regarding information I have found about the person behind the page, including information relating to a previous criminal conviction. I am not going to go into the details of that publicly, but if Trustpilot requires evidence to verify what I am referring to, I am willing to provide the relevant documentation to them directly. I believe customers should be able to make their own informed decisions, which is why I feel this is worth mentioning, while leaving Trustpilot to assess any evidence provided.

There are also a number of things about the way the page operates that I have found concerning and lacking in transparency, particularly the Wheel and Abby’s Gamble Grabber. Despite these being free, they are extremely time-consuming and draining — and people’s time is not free either. Winners are said to be selected through a “wheel of names”, but I have never personally seen any evidence of this process actually taking place or being independently verified. From what I have observed, there seem to be recurring patterns in who wins, particularly new players. This has made me question whether the selection process is genuinely as random and transparent as it is presented to be. In my opinion it is often new players with the hope of them becoming hooked i.e. playing reguarly because they have experienced their first buzz.

And don't even get me started on the scratchcards. From what I have observed, it often seems to be the same people winning the larger credit prizes, while other players seem to repeatedly receive the discount codes. I cannot say what is happening behind the scenes, but when you continually see the same patterns, it naturally leaves you questioning how the prizes are allocated and whether the process is completely fair.

Another thing I have found very strange is the repeated references to the “wife” during live streams. I have personally never seen or heard her, despite her apparently being spoken to during the lives. There has been a cartoon image used to represent her on the competition pages on several occasions, where her face is covered.
I appreciate that people are entitled to their privacy and do not necessarily have to appear publicly, but from a customer's perspective, I have found the whole situation unusual and it has contributed to my overall concerns about transparency. I am not claiming to know what the explanation is — I am simply saying that, based on what I have personally seen, I find it very odd.

The overall environment was also something I found extremely unpleasant. In my experience, there are lots of little groups and cliques, and if you don't feel part of the main group, it can feel as though you are quickly singled out. I have seen several situations involving other players that contributed to this impression.

Another thing I found draining was seeing the same names appearing to win regularly and repeatedly posting their wins for everyone to congratulate them. Over time, this really starts to wear you down and makes you question, “Why do I never win?”

I understand that some of the regular winners may simply be people who spend a lot on the site, but from a player's perspective, continually seeing the same names winning can become disheartening over time.

Ultimately, I decided to leave, and I can honestly say I have never felt happier. I now use a different competition site with much more positive interactions and lovely owners, and leaving this page was one of the best decisions I have made.

This review reflects my own experiences and observations. I am sharing it because I believe potential players deserve to know how the experience can feel from the other side.

Absolute immature joke of a site.
I did have a post that very politely explained of how friendly the 2 girl moderators are and the group. I unfortunately have never won anything big on instants ir the main draws but that is not why I have given a 1 star review.

It is because of how immature and rude 'Guy' is. The idea is to treat the paying customer with respect. He is rude behind his keyboard and u helpful.
Also to off made a very legit and un malicious fair review be taken down.from trust pilot says a lot.
My account was cancelled I had winning tickets that ive waited weeks to be allocated from him.
I have spent hundreds of pounds on this site and even I am on their page with me holding a cup that I won on a competition.
Yet my post has been removed from trustpilot because Bright Competitions said I wss never a member and it is an unfair review
If you want to continously see tge same names win all the mains and big instant prizes then join.
Also very friendly group but can be extremely immature and impossible to win big unless you are in the inner circle.

I’ve had Racheal (part of the bright team harassed) in messages and she has always responded very quickly with a lovely manner

couldn't agree more with the reviews mentioning arrogance and cockiness. not to mention the constant favouritism shown on their fb group. it's made known if you're a favourite of the workers through extras and constantly being chosen for things that others aren't.

i've noticed it states here on trustpilot that incentives aren't allowed in exchange for reviews yet you'll find clear evidence on the group of exactly that. where they are offering scratch cards in exchange for reviews 😬

Although I have won once with this website, it always seems to be the same names winning. Also the free spin on the wheel or go on the grabber, it's never shown how the name is picked, I think they just pick who they like on the website.

Won a box of milky bars which was a paid competition never arrived, when I contacted the site they would re order them, still NOTHING! told 5 kids they would get milky bars but let down. This site appears to do what they want, one minute you have to post wins next minute they send out a prize without letting customers know ( I have proof as I was getting parcels for someone I know and one arrived from bright) GIVE YOUR MONEY TO CHARITY, IT WILL AT LEAST BE APPRECIATED

Bright competitions is an absolutely amazing group. Abby and Rachel are beautiful people! They play all different games throughout the day as well as the competitions on the site which are very cheap and so many people win on this site every single day. Everyone in the group are so helpful and really enjoy seeing people win 🎊
