Brighte NSW Home energy saver loan process
Brighte - NSW Home energy saver Loan process is very well explained in their website. Based on that when I approached solar suppliers and vendors for quote, I insisted on them to arrange for 0% interest free loan. As mentioned in their process, received several quotes and finalised one of them, lodged application with Brighte and it got approved within a day as my case falls under the eligibility criteria and met all the conditions such as Battery brand should be eligible for claiming rebate, Vendor should be an accredited installer/supplier. All happened within 2 to 3 weeks time and hassle free. I recommend Brighte.

Excellent customer service. Due to online application issue I encountered, CSR (Ms Loren) walked an extra mile just to help me finalise my loan application over the phone. Her action was commendable and I could not ask for more from Brighte

They don't make contact
They don't make contact. I received a message to contact them 3 weeks ago. They don't answer the phone, it always rings off. Their promise is to get back to you in one business day. I have sent two emails with no response.
