Ik voel me belazerd door Brightmine!

Ik beaam wat Maureen zegt.

Malafide wanprakijken waarbij je abonnement automatisch en zonder bericht verlengd wordt incl. absurde, niet aangekondigde, prijsverhoging. Aan de voorgrond wordt beloofd men het abonnement niet automatisch te verlengen en vóór verlenging een evaluatie in te richten. Vervolgens hoor je niets meer totdat je een dikke factuur met prijsverhoging ontvangt. Daar mag je het mee doen.

Vreselijke reclame, ik ga dit op elk denkbaar platform communiceren zodat dit voor anderen niet hoeft te ontsporen in buitensporige kosten en teleurstelling.

Voor wie dit bericht ook bereikt: Trap er niet in! Een gewaarschuwd mens telt voor twee.

Aanvulling: Dit bericht hieronder als reactie van Brightmine is puur ter voorkoming van reputatieschade voor de buitenwereld. Wat volledig aansluit op het wanbeleid en de scampraktijken van deze onderneming. Er is in geen enkele vorm een oplossing aangeboden.

Veel te duur, onvriendelijke mensen

Je abonnement wordt automatisch en zonder bericht met een jaar verlengd, en ze voeren een prijsverhoging door van 7,5% (!) zonder daar over te communiceren. Je moet het dus op de factuur zien. Tegen de tijd dat je de factuur ontvangt, ben je al te laat met opzeggen.

Meerdere mensen aan de telefoon gehad, ze "kunnen" allemaal niks doen.

Ik vond het al vreselijk duur bij aanvang van het abonnement, maar wilde het toch proberen. Ik haal er niet uit wat ze je beloven. Dit heb ik ook aan gegeven bij de training die je krijgt. De prijs is zwaar overrated.

If I could give Brightmine a zero score…

If I could give Brightmine a zero score I would

Our HR Director subscribed to XpertHR then acquired by Brightmine for several years. Our HR Director retired in September 2023 and in January 2024, her subscription to the now Brightmine portal was cancelled.

I still received an invoice in September for the renewal and replied to LexisNexis and our account manager reminding them that the subscription had been cancelled and we would not be paying the renewal invoice.

Today, a month later, I receive yet another reminder from their accounting department that the invoice is outstanding and I needed to contact them urgently today!!

It is impossible to speak to anyone and the Brightmine account manager just ignores any emails I send.

Zero customer service skills and I personally have never been so disgusted by a company.

I would give Brightmine a minus score…

I would give Brightmine a minus score if possible.

I have been part of XpertHR then acquired by Brightmine since the 2000's.

Recently Brightmine took an overpayment of just under 1k, which they openly admitted was their error.

To date (2 weeks plus), I have not received a refund and my account manager is completely ignoring me as is their accounts team. I have tried calling multiple times to be promised a response the same day, yet each time no one bothers to respond.

It is impossible to speak to anyone or get any help, they are an utter disgrace.

Zero customer service skills and I personally have never been so disgusted by a company.
