My second course with BSBM. Getting started and signed up is really quick and straight forward. The moodle is intuitively easy to use which makes it easy to understand what is required. The 6 week time line for modules is great for keeping you focused, however, student services recognise life happens and will assist you where ever possible. Each learning outcome has supplementary reading as well as guidance content for the assignment. My tutors have been both generally quick to response to any queries. Overall I really recommend BSBM, super flexible, well administered and generally great place to further your knowledge.

Signed up to a Equality
Signed up to a Equality, diversity and inclusion course, no support provided at all. Have called (the reception) in a few times to ask questions but answers provided have been vague. Tutor has taken advantage of the 48 hour window to contact me and is yet to speak with me. Not clear how to navigate the websites and end up going in circles. Stay away from this company.

I studied a level 7 certificate in strategic management with Brighton school of business and management then upgraded my cert. To an extended diploma, my tutor was very helpful, directive, and supportive.
The school let me access their extensive resources portal and guided me through my studies in many ways.

BSBM provide courses on behalf of the Chartered Management Institute, i studied a Level 7 Diploma in Coaching and Mentoring. Excellent quality materials and tutor support from both BSBM and the CMI through the portal that BSBM make available. Thoroughly recommend studying with them.

CMI Level 3 at Brighton
I recently studied CMI Level 3 in Coaching and Mentoring here, support received throughout was really good. Quality of resources that are given are helpful and insightful for what i needed to complete the course. Prior to the course the information and sign up process was quick and always had the information i needed. Support/ dashboard was useful and was a great tool whilst completing work. Tutors knowledge and feedback was helpful and made the course easy and enjoyable. Would highly recommend people to study online here, was slightly concerned at the start of how this worked but was easy and informative and really enjoyed the course and working with my tutor.

Virtual course at BSBM
I did a course with Brighton School of Business and Management virtually for a CMI award in Strategic Management and Leadership. I was assigned a tutor to help complete the assignment. The interaction with student services was satisfactory where required. They were quick to respond where required. Tutor was very helpful with my assignment and his guidance helped a lot. I would have preferred more interactions than through messages.

I studied CMI Level 5 Diploma in Management and Leadership, during and throughout lockdowns. Fanatic experience from start to finish with excellent tutor support! Only negative aspect I found was the learning material wasn’t all on your Learning portal.

This was a very interesting course with a lot of research required. I found the IT confusing initially but soon got to grips with it. The tutor and staff were very helpful throughout.

Completion of my HND Business course …
I really just want to provide an honest account of my academic journey with BSBM. I have just recently completed my HND in Business & Operations Management. This was my 3rd course completed with BSBM. I can only commend the way all the courses are structured for distance learning. Easy to navigate and understand the course module requirements.
Tutors also provide you with quick responses to any questions you may have. Tutors also have to be commended for keeping you on the correct track. Ad sometimes you can take a wrong turn and end up on the wrong path!
Student services are very responsive in any emails you may send. All queries you may have, are answered in a very efficient manner.
Thanks for all the guidance and support you have provided me over the years of studying with you. I would certainly recommend anyone wanting to take their academic studies further. To look no further than BSBM.
