The product is great. I would buy again. The customer service is one of the fastest I have ever delt with. Nissim was very response even through the weekend he would get back to me. It was a pleasure doing business with this company and will recommend to my peers. I had to return it to get a bigger size and they were fast with the shipping and even ended up engraving mine.

Bad experience
I got my chain engraved it did not warn me or say anywhere there was no exchanges or returns with that option. The 22 inch is also not a standard size. The chain is too short for my husband and now Im stuck with it

Before engraving can be added, there is a required checkbox confirming that engraved items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange. This must be accepted before proceeding. The same policy is also clearly outlined in our Shipping & Returns section.
All of our chains are made to standard, accurate sizing, and the selected length is exactly as listed. We always recommend reviewing sizing guides or reaching out prior to ordering if unsure.
