I recently purchased the motorized light-filtering roller shades from Bringnox and am overall very happy with the quality and performance. They look great with my decor.

One area for improvement: the motor's activation button can be difficult to locate, particularly for those who are visually challenged. It would be much better if the button were colorized or had a more distinct tactile feel to make it easier to identify and operate. Aside from that, I’m pleased with my purchase!

I can highly recommend Bringnox motorized shades. There were some shipping snafu’s as some shades were damaged and were missing but customer service, especially Ivy, jumped right in to make sure that I received my replacements. Big shout out to Ivy. The shades are very easy to install and to set up. They are exactly the look I was going for.

The Bringnox shades look great, were easy to install, worked proprly with the remote, and I would re commend them to friends and family without hesitation.
Linking the shades with Alexa was a bit confusing; however, customer support via email was fast, responsive, polite, and helpful. Everything is running properly after the knowledgeable help from the Bringnox email team

I purchased the Bringnox outdoor motorized shades (95%, with matter, in black) for our screened porch. The boxes arrived after a one day trip from China to North Carolina in almost perfect condition, one box had a gouge in the cardboard but it did not reach the actual product. The mounting clips were easy to install into the window header. The 80” long shades were a bit heavy to attach by one person but were manageable. I found the Remote very easy to connect and it worked perfectly. I found it more difficult to install the Matter motors into HomeKit but fortunately the support service via email was extremely helpful. The agent (Ivy) was very patient and professionally helped me through the process. It turned out to be my confusion of the pairing procedure. I did not realize that there are two distinctly different pairing functions. The first is for Remote pairing (one jog) and a second for Matter pairing (two jogs). Once I understood that simple difference, the pairing went very easy and they installed into HomeKit perfectly, alongside my almost 40 other Matter devices.

I use Controller for HomeKit and was able to quickly create an automation that would close the shades based on solar position for time and date using a graphical interface that is very intuitive. I also added a condition to not activate the shades if the cloud cover is greater than 50%. The automation worked on the first try. I strongly recommend Controller for HomeKit.

I also strongly recommend Bringnox and their support (Ivy) that was outstanding.

Update:
As I stated, I have a large group of Matter devices. So, I thought I knew Matter. These two shades would drop off the network. I debugged them like I would any of my other devices. Finally I realized that these are Matter over Thread. Thread is completely different from IP. Even though you attach through your standard network these devices do not communicate over IP. They communicate over Thread. The network routers don’t have Thread. My Thread communication is coming from the Apple TV, and the distance between the Apple TV and the shades is at the outer limit and where you can expect trouble. Anyway, my solution was to buy an Onvis Smart Plug S4 that acts as a repeater for Thread. I placed the Smart Plug between the router and the blinds and for under $20 the problem has been solved. I would highly recommend this addition if you don’t have one.

Bought the no drill blinds, they do not center on the widow and leave large gaps on the side. Would not recommend for this reason. They do function as expected and had very fast shipment.

Very prompt reply. They offered a very satisfactory solution to remedy an order error that was totally my fault. I really appreciate their timeliness and courtesy. Their blinds work and look great too!

Had a couple of issues with the blinds I ordered but the customer service is top notch. Truly unbelievable. I really do believe this company deeply cares about the customer experience and they will do whatever it takes to make sure you are 100% satisfied!

After receiving my product damaged by shipping. You guys sent me out a new one. Very promptly!

I bought an electric zebra blind, excellent product, and excellent after-sales service. They shipped my order and the carrier damaged it. Upon arrival, I reported the problem and they immediately sent me a replacement. I will continue buying my blinds from Bringnox.

The product itself is great - I now have over 30 of the roller blinds in my house, with most of them using a solar panel to keep them charged. I have only had one significant issue - a bad motor in one of the blinds, and Bringnox shipped me out a new motor promptly.

Prior to this, I had traditional venetian blinds that had to be opened manually, and never really get completely clear of the window. The roller blinds allow the window to be completely uncovered for maximum visibility and to allow the sun in. I also have a set of blinds that are on windows on the second story of a room open all the way up, so they were rarely opened and closed to begin with, and eventually the mechanism got fouled so that they couldn't be changed. With these, I can open them from a remote, and app, or with voice commands, and the small solar panels mean that I don't have to charge them.

The house is much more open, and having the blinds powered makes it so much easier to open and close them.

I got the first set over a year and a half ago and, over time, have continued to replace blinds throughout my house. At this point, the only blinds that I have not replaced are on a small number of windows that slide sideways, so the roller blind concept is less optimal. Everyone that comes to my house agrees that the blinds look great, and are impressed with how much easier it is to operate them.

Great customer service. Answered by email within hours. Product exceeds expectations. The remote is already paired with both blinds. One channel for each and another channel for both. Easy installation. I would purchase again

I’m super happy with my blinds. They look great and work perfectly, I did a LOT of shopping around and Bringnox was by far the best value. I equally appreciated their follow ups with questions and making good on a small error on their part. No hassles and prompt turn around.

We bought 14 motorized blinds with Matter motors to connect to our Alexa. We have been more than pleased with the blinds and the customer service. The blinds are a great quality. When we had an issue with OUR measurements, Bringnox customer service worked with us to fix the order immediately and even expedited our replacements. From set up to working out all the bugs with this many blinds in one place, I can't say enough good things about the level of customer service and support we have received. We will be coming back for the other 30 blinds as budget permits as this company stands behind their product and their sale!!

I purchased a motorized 100% blackout roller shade for the bedroom and it has been great so far. I am ordering another one. I highly recommend it.
