Minion Mascot!
We hired a minion mascot for my son’s birthday and he was completely over joyed! Had great contact during the day on when they would be arriving/near by etc. the person in the mascot interacted brilliantly with the children and they were so happy! Only tip I’d give is their emails bounced back when I was chasing confirmation nearer the time but after contacting them on what’s app they responded and put my mind at rest. Would definitely use again!

Small toddler bouncy castle - perfect!
Hired a small toddler bouncy castle for a garden party in August - the kids had great fun! Contacted company via WhatsApp and had a quick and helpful responses. Set up and collection was so speedy and efficient and cost was really reasonable. Would 100% use this company again! Thank you.

Would highly recommend!
We had a really great experience with this bouncy castle company. They arrived on time, set everything up efficiently, and even allowed us to extend our hire time, which was a huge bonus. Overall, they were fantastic, and we’d definitely use them again!

I honestly don’t know what to say other than thank you so much for an amazing day! My daughter and her friends had a whale of a time!! Your team were so friendly and nothing was too much for them. They even helped us set up and put away at the end of the day! Would 110% book again!

Lack of customer care, communication and bouncy castle
I booked a bouncy castle as the main feature of my 30th birthday party. I received a text on the day to say the van had broken down and they would try to find a solution as soon as possible. They then stated they were struggling because all the other bouncy castles were booked that day; however, it was the van that was broken, not the bouncy castle. I'm disappointed they didn't have a spare van or hire one on the day.
At no point did they actually let me know that it definitely wasn't coming, and when I asked for an update, they ignored my message. I had no further communication from the company. I asked for my deposit back and they did send this however they have not once apologised for letting me down or sent any correspondance at all. I understand that things go wrong but the lack of care and communiction has been very upsetting. It was obvious that they really didn't care about me as a customer.
Would not recommend.

Martin, at least be honest. Yes, we cancelled your booking. We offered your wife a full refund, a £30 goodwill gesture, and even said we’d drop the items off if needed FOR FREE
We simply couldn’t reach the booking location. You then harassed us across our social media, called us fraudulent and used abusive language. After 15 aggressive comments on other customer posts, we warned you we'd issue a cease and desist LETTER TO YOUR ADDRESS this was the threat!!!
Non physical!
You then escalated further, threatening consequences, saying your life’s mission was to destroy our company and “find” us. We sent our we stood up for ourselves to show we weren’t intimidated and even shared a location to avoid drama saving you the need to "find us" You screenshotted it and said you’d use it in reviews. Frankly, you’ve been the most hostile individual we’ve dealt with. Your aggressive behaviour is not only unacceptable, it’s concerning. Your review is a snippet and anyone can email us at Support@Bristolbouncycastlehire.co.uk for all of the screenshots of this conversation to prove our case.
We’ll be reporting this conduct to the appropriate authorities also.
Be honest noone just cancels a booking then threatens people it's absolute nonsense.
The money is refunded and you have not once mentioned the £30 good will and use of our stuff FOR FREE it's unbelievable.
While we hope your child has a good birthday you are an absolute disgrace and no company should dare have any hardship when dealing with you.

After all the reviews, I messaged for reassurance and was reassured (after a long wait for a response) Less than 18 hours to my son’s 1st party and they cancel. Do not recommend.

We recently hired a bouncy castle from Bristol Bouncy Castle Hire for our daughters birthday party, and we couldn't be happier with the experience! From start to finish, the team was absolutely brilliant.
Booking was a breeze, and they were really helpful in guiding us to the perfect castle for our garden size and the age of the children. On the day of the party, the delivery and setup were incredibly efficient and professional.
The team was friendly, polite, and clearly very experienced. They made sure everything was secure and safe before they left, giving us complete peace of mind.
The bouncy castle itself was spotless and provided hours of entertainment for all the kids. It was definitely the highlight of the party! Collection was just as smooth and hassle-free.
We highly recommend Bristol Bouncy Castle Hire to anyone looking to add some extra fun to their event. Their excellent service, quality equipment, and friendly staff truly made our son's birthday unforgettable. We'll definitely be using them again!
