I can't recommend Bristol Exterior Cleaning highly enough.

My mother-in-law had recently purchased a park home that was in desperate need of some TLC, and the team completely transformed it. From the first conversation through to the finished job, they were professional, friendly and clearly took great pride in their work.

They carried out a comprehensive exterior clean, including clearing the gutters, applying a biocide treatment and cleaning the roof, deep cleaning and protecting all the exterior cladding and uPVC, cleaning and protecting the block paving, cleaning all the windows, and even cleaning and treating the decking. The attention to detail was outstanding, and the difference before and after was unbelievable.

What impressed me most was that, although they regularly work on much larger projects such as commercial buildings, listed properties and large residential homes, they were more than happy to take on this smaller job and gave it exactly the same level of care and professionalism.

I am a manger of an Independent Living Lodge in Cirencester. BEC came to clean our Cark Park, Re-sand and Paint in the white lines. They did an exceptional job and went above board by cleaning the surrounding walls. I would highly recommend them.

Our bungalow has a big roof with a shallow pitch. It’s more than 50 years old and it looked as though the roof had never been cleaned.

Mike said it was a tougher job than he’d expected, with the moss doing its best to hang on! Nonetheless, he and Bob stuck to it, did a great job and cleaned up well at the end of the day.

The roof now looks massively better, and Mike will check in a few weeks that the biocide treatment is doing its job.

Mike is friendly and professional to deal with and he’s clearly committed to doing his work well. Highly recommended.

On 10th July Bristol Exterior Cleaning, Mike and Jermaine did an exterior clean on the outside of my house using Softwash.
The walls are K Rendered and had not been cleaned in more than 10 years so to say they were filthy, black, red and green with algae would be a serious understatement.
They really were in a bad state but Mike assured me they would have the place looking like new again which was exactly what I now have ….a new house !!
On time, personable, thorough, enthusiastic, clean and tidy , once in a while a company comes along that exceeds my expectations.

They provided a very professional clean and restoration of my driveway. The result was better than expected. Friendly and left the site in a very tidy condition.

We have now used Mikes services for both our front paving bricked drive and the balcony paving slabs. Both jobs were done very professionally and well. The front of the house looks better than it has done for years, as does the balcony. Mike is also very pleasant to work with and has a genuine desire to do a good job . Highly recommended!
