Highly recommend their service. Brilliant communication for booking. I received a courtesy call from the driver called Fred the day before. He was incredibly friendly and arrived very promptly. He also took photos of our group for us and was just incredibly accommodating!

Wow if we could give you more stars we would. You have been excellent when organising our return trip and helped us even when locations changed. Our driver Jack was so kind and friendly. He was an absolute star and made our journey super fun. He even helped us set up and take down our gazebo. Absolutely amazing service and will certainly be using again. Fred was fantastic! Arrived on time in the right location, minibus was spotless and the aircon was just what we needed on a hot day! He kept in touch and was easily contactable when we were a few minutes late. Fantastic service, would recommend and would use again.

We used them for a two way transfer from Bristol to The Brecons for a fun stag event. The minibus was an extremely modern and comfortable ride and the service from our driver, Fred, was superb. Very courteous and nothing was too much trouble. A proper gentleman (if I’m still allowed to say such things) 😁

We used this company for a work related trip to Devon, our driver Jack was happy to arrive early and complete a LFD test as requested by ourselves. Jack was helpful and friendly to all using the transport, and was happy to stop for a break halfway in the journey. The use of the added trailer for luggage was a godsend, as there was 10 adults with lots of luggage and items for our week holiday. Jack informed us off his approximate arrival time for the return journey on the first day, and reassured us there was no rush even if he was early, we could leave in our own time but provided his telephone number incase we had any problems and needed to change the time etc. We will definitely be using Bristol Travel for any future trips we have. Thank you!

We used Bristol Travel Ltd for the first time in March 2021 and the service was excellent. Cost was very good value when compared to other companies, correspondence in advance was in-depth and helpful. For the journey, driver arrived in good time, bus was clean and in excellent condition. We will certainly be using them again in the future.

Words cannot describe how great Bristol Travels were. The vehicle supplied was very roomy, clean, the vehicle was almost like a spaceship. Loved the fact there was WiFi on board. The trailer was a great addition too as there were no issues with the luggage. Our driver Fred was very punctual, helpful and extremely friendly. Will be using them again and will be recommending them to others.

Even though COVID has prevented us from taking part in our charitable mountain climb in Morocco, Tony was very accommodating on the numerous occasions that I had to re-arrange the journey. And when re-arranging was no longer an option he had no problem in offering a refund.

I’ll definitely be using his services for our airport runs when we can get this trip on the road!!!!

I can’t recommend this company enough they are so professional,and understanding.There rates for coach hire are so competitive in fact the cheapest I found.
Unfortunately due to recent local lockdown measures we had to cancel our booking.They were so understanding to our situation to the point they even refunded our deposit.I will definitely use this company again in the future when normality returns .If your looking for coach hire look no further than this company.
