Excellent customer service
Due to the current conflict in the Middle East, we had to cancel our trip which meant we didn’t need the transport we had booked with Britannia Wheels. The team couldn’t have been more kind and helpful in looking for alternative options for us. We had paid a deposit which should have been non-refundable, however we received a full refund which was appreciated. I would definitely book with this company again and hope to be able to use their services properly in the future. The communication and customer service was excellent from the first contact point.

Fantastic experience with Britannia - booked a big group bus and received the best quote, super responsive communication, and Britannia were very accommodating when we had some unforeseen changes.
