From the initial site visit to job completion, 'Britek Solar' was quick, courteous, and very professional.
Throughout the process, no challenge was treated like an obstacle. Instead, it was swiftly dealt with, with ease and customer service in mind.

All possible In large parts to Russell. Russell and his laptop were invaluable. He helped relay all the various options and permutations for having a solar/battery set up like ours. Everything Russell explained was backed up by real-time data and projected analysis that helped paint a picture of what we needed based on our usage and outlook.
It's totally transparent.... more than fair pricing and crucially, there were no cutting corners.

Now that the system is up and running, I can see the results on my mobile phone app. The solar energy generated can be tracked in real time, and so far, we have exceeded all projected expectations.

I can't praise this company highly enough. I really can't!!!!

Top marks Britek.

Britek Solar great company , installation one week after survey and was completed within a day . The system has performed better than we expected and when we changed our internet provider , Britek’s customer service was brilliant and they showed us how to reconnect to our new internet provider

I can't thank the team at Bri-teck enough, especially Russell. The team members are consummate professionals dedicated to client success by offering the best possible solutions. Russell guided me through a very detailed consultation, helping me review all the options with complete transparency; everything was explained clearly and understandably.

From the initial consultations to the excellent aftercare, I was thoroughly impressed. The aftercare exceeded my expectations. Russell and the team were highly focused and determined to ensure my ROI was maximized. Unexpectedly, they conducted an analysis of Battery vs. Feed-In to the grid and a detailed market analysis of the best export tariffs, providing us with the best solutions and adding another £1k to my annual ROI!

I can't recommend these gentlemen enough.

Forever grateful.

From beginning to the end a very pleasant experience. Initial quote with surveyor coming out to arrange where the panels would go along with the installation process. I have had the panels a year now and they are a high quality product. I have also had the additional benefit of selling energy back to the grid. Overall fantastic service and happy customer and would highly recommend!

The panels they recommended are of the highest resolution and a quality product. The inverter and batteries are high quality. The fitting was done well and quickly. The overall price was competitive. What has made me give a 5 star is the after sales service. They helped me set up the WiFi connection and download the App and everytime I have rang with a quiry they have returned my calls or emails immediately and talked me though whatever I'm asking. The original salesperson Russell Rubinstein and director Mo have contacted me regularly to make sure I'm happy with the system. Mustafa the tech guy has been brillient and very patient with me helping me to understand the system and even reconfiguring the system remotely to import electricity into the batteries at the cheapest rate and exporting the electricity into the house from the batteries when the prices are highest to suit the tariff I'm on. Brillient.... A win win. The lengthy guarantees are also a comfort. If I need to extend the system or do another house I would use Bri-tek. Without hesitation.
