This is the most useless
This is the most useless, mean, badly run and unorganised company I have ever come across in the uk. It will be a mistake if you patronise them. They possibly pay people to write a review, if not i dont think there would be a single possitive review about them. They are very mean people and company.
I paid for a gray wall panel but was sent a black and white weird/ very fake and inferior mirror. I wanted to do a return, but they were not replying me for more than two month, they kept ignoring my messages and calls, I had to report them to citizenship bureau and my bank before they eventually replied my email. It took them 4months to conclude a return for the fake wall panels they sent. And eventually when they replied, it was disastrous. the total money I paid for the whole wall panel and glue was 189pounds and this theives refunded only 74pounds, saying they took their delivery and pickup from it and my balance was 74pounds. How do you split someone's money into three and give them on part and take two part as delivery and pickup charge. Who does that. You guys be warned anyways. I didn't do my research before I patronised them so it’s actually my fault. I fell their victim and if I can screenshoot all proof and attach to my comment, i will definitely do that. But be guided you all. Don't be fooled they are fake.
