FAQ's
What is your manufacturing and dispatch time?
All items are printed to order. We give a guideline of approximately 3 working days for your order to be manufactured and then sent Royal Mail tracked 48 or international tracked.
Why couldn't I amend my order after placing it?
To allow us to get your order out as fast as possible, we have built a slick internal system that means your order goes directly to print once it has been placed. We will always try to assist where we can but this isn't always possible. This also means it's up to our customers to ensure they have checked images, spelling and image positioning on their product.
Why is my image blurry?
You can find image guides in various places on our site to refer to. Images must be clear, light and as high quality as possible. If your image is dark, blurry and pixelated it won't look good when printed and unfortunately we cannot be held responsible.

problems are not their strong point
2 orders of two flags/banners problems on each
both orders had One problem, the first was fixed, second the company head sales person says that the quality of the product is correct as always, Hey who can complain with the head of sales, meanwhile a flag off the first order was put on a pole and started falling apart after 3 days, again Their head of sales wont believe it, I asked to speak to someone higher in the company, but apparently there is nobody higher than her.

Fundraising Banner
I needed a banner for a fundraising event and decided to try British Made Gifts as we had used them for a birthday photo wall previously. I was not disappointed

Nice personalised gift idea for someone
Pros: Great product, for a small to large'ish case.
Arrived in no time and great value.
Cons: I ordered that largest sized cover and it had to be really stretched to fit.
There needs to be an opening on the side like my others have to enable me to hold the side handle.

Not fit for purpose on a flag pole…
Flag advertised on a pole with a sleeve for a pole, however due to their dye process the ink does not transfer through to the other side making it useless unless hanging on a wall. Reverse extremely faded.

I ordered a extra large but my heads not as big as I thought so sent it back no problem and ordered a large fits alot better and looks alot better thanks for the quick service.
