Starting off, I was dubious about the ordering process & engaged with them about my concerns. Jon got back to me & after our chat, I felt confident that all was legit. My order was for a family birthday present. After choosing what I wanted, the feedback from Jon was continuous, letting me know what stage we were at, lead times etc. It arrived in plenty of time, well packaged & my sister is over the moon with her disc. Would definitely use again, probably for myself though!A really good product & service.

First Class Service From GRC
The online order process was simple and quick. Providing the imagery and text was easily completed by email and the communication from Jon and his team at GRC was excellent. My order was completed and delivered in 7 days from start to finish. I ordered a customised gold disc and when I received the product I was so pleased with the quality, it looks amazing. I cant wait to give it to the recipient. I would highly recommend this company and the first class service they provide.

Good communication and prompt service
I ordered a custom gold disc for a presentation. The website was very easy to navigate, email communication with the company was good and the finished product was very nicely done. Email confirmation was sent with a picture of what the final product would look like prior to it being sent to me. It was returned swiftly and well-packaged.

Absolutely brilliant
Absolutely brilliant. Customer service was amazing - I had to return one of my two discs and the service throughout was outstanding. I only had a few days before my husband’s 60th birthday and The Gold Record Company recognised and understood this. They sent one out asap even before they had received my return.
Both products are a fantastic and I would not hesitate to buy again. Definitely five star ⭐

Hi Roberto, just wanted to address this post even though the problem has been sorted. Just to clarify to other readers, this disc was going to a customer in Italy. Custom & Excise rules changed in July with all import taxes having to be paid in advance and the new system is absolute chaos at the moment. With that in mind, and this being the first case for us, the disc was shipped back to us without Customs even trying to contact the receiver. We have issued a full refund to the customer and apologised massively. We have also taken the step as a company, to temporarily stop all overseas selling until this problem settles down as we do not want any of our customers inconvenienced in any way.

Excellent item to purchase and well impressed with its framing and the mounting.
Only slight disappointment was that the CD label was not as advertised but I am aware of the warning from company this might happen.

Hi Mike, thanks for the great review. Yes we are sorry about the label as well. This doesn't happen very often but some artists and record companies change their designs for the labels every now and again and obviously we have no control over this and just get what the record companies send us. Thank goodness they never change the actual record cover which is obviously the important bit.
