our old hard plastic carrier was a faff to drag out, so this compact cat carrier bag felt easier straight away. i used it for my tabby’s vet visit on Saturday morning and the carry handle made the walk from the car much less clumsy. The ventilation openings seemed to keep him calmer, and the zip made getting him in less of a wrestling match. zip was a bit stiff the first time, but it loosened up. handy little bag for quick trips

Convincing our tabby to use new beds is usually impossible, but she immediately abandoned her favorite blanket by the radiator for this sleeping bag. The interior fleece is wonderfully soft without being overly fluffy, and the clever design keeps the opening just loose enough for her to easily burrow inside. It has been an absolute godsend during these chilly autumn evenings. While it survived a quick machine wash perfectly fine, the thick material does take significantly longer to air dry than I initially anticipated. Overall, it is a fantastically cozy retreat that she genuinely loves.

After 5 days my order had still not been processed so I requested cancelation full refund as it had not been shipped. Their terms and conditions only state you cannot cancel once shipped. Surprise, Surprise - received next day email saying it's on its way but have to allow for it to go through various international checks so still no idea when/if the item will arrive.
Don't make the same mistake!

Four days in, my cat has settled into this woven bed as if it’s always been beside the window. She scratches the firm rope sides after breakfast, then curls up on the cushion for most of the afternoon. The natural woven finish looks far nicer in our sitting room than her old bulky scratching post, and the removable cushion makes clearing off fur straightforward. It did wobble slightly on our uneven floor until I moved it, but that’s been the only niggle. She uses it every day.

My dog absolutely obsessed with new toy and treats! everything arrived so quickly, packaging was great, and quality brilliant.

Don’t order from here, nothing was sent and when I asked for a refund it wasn’t given, it’s a scam website so be careful.

Ordered my product from British pets only for it to be from Hong Kong, wrong item sent 🫩customer service and joke get back to you days later eh ! You can send back if you want but you pay no returns label and get money back when it's tracked and eventually returns ,or refund 40 % of what you paid but keep the wrong product 🤷‍♀️raging 🤬

Similarly I searched for a British Supplier for a chicken coop opener. Product arrived and very flimsy especially as I-have very large chickens . Requested to return to be told that it had to be sent back to china at my own cost to get a refund or accept 30%.

I ordered a GPS tracker for my escaped dog who will not come back on recall.
I assumed as it had the word " British" in its name along with a UK phone number and email everything would be fine.
However this is NOT the case. The warehouse is in CHINA. All products are shipped over. Its been a week since I ordered so I chased them up only to be told the tag had been shipped, yet its still in China, no good to me!

I would NOT buy from this company again. I'd give them I wide bearth too.
