Been buying from BS for a while, standards are D2 +k2, Magnesium, calcium, I've just started on the marine collagen, creatin and turkesterone (I will be adding more). I am blown away by their products. I bought my friend some who did something stupid & she is also blown away (has bought more+ herself).
You might balk at the price, but that doesn't last long when you realise the quality. I spend most of my spare cash on vitamins/minerals these day (when you know you know) & BS UK is always my first port of call, they have exceptional products. Thank you Chris

I left a stinking review below 4- 6 weeks later British Supplements issued a full refund out of the blue. i wasnt expecting this, as only one third of my order was missing. I decided to give them another try. This time the order was correct and in good time.
Now updated to 4 stars.

Just use a reputable company these lot aint worth the hassle, Holland & Barratt springs to mind.
ISSUE: ordered 180 days supply of plant sterols ONLY received 120 days, 3rd of the order missing.

Email 1 sent them tracking number and the weight of the package (ie this will tell them if they was missing at point of shipment) and advised packet missing.

Email 2 they require picture of Invoice, envelope, and packets. advise them i only have one packet as i have put these in plastic tubs and binned the outer sleeve of the 2nd.

Email 3 they are demanding pictures still even though advised them previously.

Email 4 told them to keep the missing packet and i would leave them a trustpilot review. just not worth the hassle and the concumption of my time for an £8 packet of supplements.

They are more than happy to take the trustpilot review and keep my £8. tells you everything you need to know about the company

PLEASE CHECK THEM ON COMPANIES HOUSE EVERY YEAR THEY ARE ON THE VERGE OF A COMPULSORY STRIKE OFF.

Good information on types of supplements etc. But most importantly they did the job and I felt so much better after a week of daily using them. And have used daily for the last 12 months. Pure Magnesium and later on Ashwanga was my choice for a fuller sleep and all day calmness. I also rate Omega 3. Forget the crap and fillers with Holland a Barrett’s dodgy manufacturers.

Really excellent quality supplements. I have never received anything like the quality of these items before. Take the right ones (do your research first) and you can say goodbye to all Big Pharma meds. I posted a question to the British supplements about the high dosage of magnesium they sell via the questions and review tab as well as directly to their customer service email address.
My question was responded to in private via Loom full of arrogant remarks and rudeness how I never done any research and going on and on but never actually answering a simple and logical enquiry.
Needless to say, I never buy from British supplements again.
Life is hard enough to be rude to others but Chris the owner from British supplements view this differently.

Having used many supplements companies over the years British supplements are by far the best and purest. Not the cheapest,but you get what you pay for. Never had a problem with delivery over the past 4 years I've used them.

Terrible customer service. Shipped to the wrong address. Contacted them to see what could be done, spoke to someone called Daniel who showed zero empathy or try to help with the situation. In the end I was basically told to go away and take it up with Royal Mail.

Really good supplements. No nasties, no hidden ingredients, high dose. I've been buying from the for three years now and keep recommending them to family and friends.

Never had a problem with this company, updates about deliveries. Regular emails explaining what they do, and no fillers compared with other. Would be interested in them adding Enzymes to their list of products

I’m a new customer who was worried after reading some reviews on deliveries. However… no issues at all, clear email saying my products would be shipped within 5-7 days.
I received my delivery yesterday exactly 7 days after ordering.

I love their collagen tablets. My hair and nails are so much better. My nails actually grow now! I know shipment time can be a while, but that’s because they are a small company with huge demand. Their ethics and quality goods make it worth the wait. In my opinion, it’s better than getting a product quickly which may well be full of bulking ingredients and not be packaged well. Order early if you need more. I 100% recommend and will continue to buy from them. ❤️

Ive rated 5* because I bought my MARINE COLLAGEN 3 months ago. Supply now run out sadly. Results are as good as the mainstream brands I used to use and this is half the price (and more natural) so I would buy again. Hair and nails growing much stronger and thicker (hairdresser commented) and considering Im still breastfeeding at night my hair needs extra help.

I received my package in about 7 days which was fine. I like that it is eco-friendly packaging too.

However it looks like they are having issues with deliveries now (also seems a common theme that customer service could be better). Im a bit nervous to order again in case I don't receive it and they are not helpful in that instance.

I might wait a month and see if things settle for them with their delivery problems because the product is very good and to be fair you cannot get marine collagen - with no nasties in it - for that price anywhere else!

In fairness I think amazon has made us all too impatient to get stuff a day later. A week or 2 used to be normal and if you want stuff next day you have to pay for it unless the business is a billion dollar corporation like amazon.

My complaint is that they charged me an extra £4.00 each on 2 orders for 5 to10 day shipping. Then once the order was complete, I see they are "at least a week behind on shipping", so we are looking at 12 to 20 days just for them to ship the order. When I messaged them, I was told by Chris, and I quote, "If you want things now buy on Amazon". His response to me asking about the shipping time was, and I quote, "You just don't get it". I'm rarely motivated to spend my time reviewing companies, but I think their attitude toward new customers is clear.

Been on Ginseng, rhodiola rosea and lionsmane for 3 months amd never felt better. Really happy with the products. The quality of these supplements are second to none. Delivery usually withing 4 working days
