1st the site has a good collection of games

2nd this site isnt FAKE ive read these reviews and been panicking about a withdrawal I made on Tuesday night 11pm so 2 days ago and yesterday I sent over my id for the withdrawl, some wasn't accepted as I hadnt sent over the correct banking information regarding recent payment ive made to britsino. I was talked through it by online chat and verified there and then. Fast forward to 8pm lastnight so 21hrs after requesting withdrawl... I got a email stating it had been processed and would reach me in 1-3 business days ( went onto a debit card) I got my payment exactly 24hrs after it was approved. £1000
3rd the online chat and email replied efficiently and in a timely manor.

Only issue im having is i cant log onto my account as it says no United Kingdom customers.... gutted as I would have liked to continue using britsino!

If youve not had your withdrawl its because either your verifications wasnt accepted like mine 1st wasnt and you have just give them exactly what they are asking for.

Won a £1000 then tried to withdraw but then to find out they have confiscated it .
No issue having your deposits though ….AVOID

Should be minus 10.

Rip off. Let's you think you are winning then withdraw money only to have it not pay out because of some hidden T&Cs.

Wrote a review on here a while ago saying what a rip off this site is, just went to go on it to see if anything had changed, and the site comes up with ERROR 451, looked it up on google and it states site been blocked due to a court order, copyright claim, or government censorship, so con- mercants.

I have sent multiple documents to verify who I am. They still will not pay out my winnings. They have had passport, drivers licence, utility bill and bank details. There isn’t a number to call just a chat bot that says the same thing over and over. Happy to take your deposits but like pulling teeth to cash out. Never known anything like it. Avoid at all costs

So yet another review out of complete anger! I have been trying to withdraw £280 since last Monday it has been rejected 7 times! I have literally given them everything! PDF downloads of all my bank statements, pictures upon pictures of cards and it’s still getting rejected! Over the last couple of months I have deposited around £400 so now I am going to write everything down and contact my bank to try get my deposits back, I was honestly waiting on them asking for a urine sample!! I am angry beyond words!! Do not nae the mistake of depositing here!!

I joined 2 days ago 15th May and won 800 pound and the fun started, it was pending withdrawal for 2 days even tho they say they do withdrawals with in 2 hours I've been on private chat for 2 days with them and they kept saying, its in the cue, we'll I've spent the money told them to close my account and now they are saying it will take 7 days to close my account, guys stay away from this site it is a total shambles.

Same as others. They had no issue taking my deposit and carrying on when you don’t win big. The second you are in profit they confiscate winnings.

They are still yet to return my full deposit and I am having to go through the bank for a chargeback.

This is a honest review from uk player I was so nervous I joined the casino with out even reading the reviews then I won 400 pound after depositing 120:00 I thought here we go another scam casino but I can not fault them from the verification process and everything else they have been spot on so any way I thought I will try and withdraw the 400 I won thinking am not going to get this there rather going to shut my account cancel the payment or not pay at all but I can honestly say I received my winnings 2 days later I put the request in on the 4th of may and I had the money in my account on the 6th the only down fall is I withdrew 400 and received 386.00 so there must be fees but all in all the casino from start to finish has been great crnt fault them at all juts make sure you verify your account and you should have no problem at all

This casino is a scam, I will contact RESOLVER for a refund, they took my winnings,... I won 2700 and this morning I only found 330 pounds... I played with bonus money from 20p to 3 pounds... according to the rules, they turned into real money... and they took that money saying I didn't follow the rules... They are LIARS and SCAMMERS... I had this experience with another casino, so you need to contact RESOLVER, file a complaint with evidence... and they will force the casino to return the money to the customer... people, don't be silent, fight for your winnings, don't leave it to the scammers...

So far not so good. I am really worried now that I have been scammed. This website plays under a lot of different domains including .com.

I think this is a scam. I have a £370 withdrawal that has been “pending” now for 72 hours. Every time I contact support they tell me it’s in a queue however there website tells me it takes 24 hours to withdraw. I am also a VIP player so as you can imagine I’ve spent a lot of money with these.

I have been trying to withdraw my winnings for more than a week now and it keeps getting declined and each time I go to support they feed me with nonsense to the point where I actually caught them out and to make things worse got disconnected from the chat, there was also a deposit I made of £200 which never went in… the amount that I’m unable to withdraw is £2,000!!
