Absolutely poor order over two weeks ago when contacting them about the delay I just got an automated message saying orders can take up to 15 days to come surely you can fulfill orders quicker than that specially for a high end brand £135 for two items isn’t cheap and I’m having to wait so long
purchased a product from this company that turned out to be defective. Initially, they required me to cover the return shipping cost, which I found unreasonable given the product was faulty. After some back-and-forth, they agreed to reimburse the return cost. However, once I returned the item, they refunded the purchase amount but not the shipping cost. I had to contact them again to remind them of their legal obligation to refund the return shipping for defective items. This experience was unnecessarily stressful, and their handling of the issue was unprofessional.

You are a bunch of liars! On your site it says shipping is free to Romania for orders over 124£. My total order was 140£ and you are still trying to charge me 25£ for shipping and 20£ duties. I was willing to buy your overpriced clothes (40£ for a t shirt and 100£ for a hoodie), but now that you try to rip me off even harder I won't ever even have a thought of buying your garbage overpriced brand 😂😂😂
