Brookwood Cars & Taxi Avis 

Had an awful experience last Saturday night
Driver collected us from brookwood station then before arriving at my address, he pulled over in a layby and accused me of lying about my address. Saying I live Ash which should be £24, however I live in Normandy, the sign saying Normandy was in view and the sat nav on his screen quite clearly showed my address. He then demanded a tip if we couldn't agree (which we couldn't as I know the town I live in??)

I complained to Brookwood cars and they've offered to refund the tip.

Beware especially as a female travelling late at night. Being locked in a black car on a road with no street lights being accused of lying and hassled for more money.

Just get an Uber it's much safer than this taxi company!!

Really appreciate how these guys always have my back and drop me off a 15/20 minute walk from my house because they're more worried about the safety of their cars (read Mercedes) than they are my ability to get home safely. I drive a Honda Jazz down the same road without incident 4 times a day, but guys, yes absolutely you should priortise the integrity of your metal cars rather than the flesh and blood of a woman returning to her some safely. Good choices! Also, whilst I'm on it, super delighted (!) that you want to charge me an additional £8-£10 to navigate 400metres of untarmaced track to get me home safely. Thanks for the service! Keep it up guys! Love walking home alone in the moonlight!

Having been ripped off by uber drivers I tried Brookwood cars. They were really great. The driver arrived on time, was really freindly, and the rates are very good. I will certainly used Brookwood Cars the next time I need a taxi.

I made a booking with this company about a week before my flight from Gatwick, received a text and email to confirm my booking. I’ve also received a text a few days before my journey. On the day Monir arrived about 5+ minutes before my pick up time. I must say I was relieved, as I’ve heard many people experienced delays or not turning up from other taxi services. Monir greeted me and helped me with my luggage.
The journey was very good. Monir was very officiant but friendly. Throughout the journey Monir informed me on how long it was left to get there and I've got to Gatwick with plenty of time.
I definitely recommend this company and I’ll travel with them again when I’m in Guildford.
