It took a few emails to get through but once i did the phone operator was great and got my problem sorted within seconds.

I visited the Armani concession in the beauty hall yesterday. The assistant was not very helpful or welcoming. Having purchased two items, she handed them to me, not offering me a bag or receipt. I don't think you should have to ask for a bay in a store of this standard. A simple thank you, would also have been appreciated.
Still waiting 3 weeks for my order.
On November 25th, I placed an order for UGG boots for my daughter for Christmas. I contacted Brown Thomas, but we didn't receive them, so we contacted the post office. We haven't received any information or any indication of when they will arrive. Today is December 18th. I am disappointed. I will never recommend Brown Thomas to anyone. I am highly disappointed. Take your business serious or you will lose a lot of customer's. Very unhelpful.

I would like to say a huge thank you to Sarah Tobin for the way she handled my frustration regarding issues that were outside of her control, including website glitches and previous hamper orders that i couldnt order. She went above and beyond today to resolve the situation and made sure the hampers were delivered.
I truly wish there were more customer service professionals like Sarah — people who genuinely care and ensure customers receive the service they are paying for.

Went to Brown Thomas Blanchardstown …Noise Polution in store
Went to Brown Thomas Blanchardstown this morning 9.30 am 15th December.
The noise from the so called music Blairing . I informed person who served me in hand bag section.She said oh is too loud for you.
I informed her it was noise pollution.
I told her to inform your manager. Unfortunately by her attitude she wasn't going to do so.
The Marketing manager obviously has not got qualifications otherwise it would be soothing music to encourage Shoppers to browse and enjoy their shopping.
This noise is to get rid of customers.

Up close in much smaler writing it said “ up to” 40 % OFF ( 1st sneaky bait).
When my wife found something she liked the sales assistant said the discount was 0% in that item
… she explained the discount was anything from 0% to 40% …. showed us the little Color tags that match discounts & lots of items = 0% WTF !! BT !! Spoke to the manager - she confirmed 0% and said she would speak to the franchise owner on Monday ?!
A nice shopping afternoon ruined by despicable Price Baiting - shame on you BT !! I really expected a bit more integrity from the BT brand.

I have been trying to pay for 3 items since 9.am today with out success I have tried to make contact with customer service all day no luck. I live in the south not able to get to Dublin to shop. I love BT and Arnotts but this is dreadful.
Discrimination at a store in Cork
December 8th, at 11:56 AM I received a notification in the app that my order 6778756 had arrived at the store in Cork. I happened to be nearby doing my weekly shopping, so with a bag from the Dunnes grocery store across the street, I went up to the third floor of Brown Thomas.
There was a woman with a child in front of me, and the sales assistant at the till was practically showering them with honey-sweet kindness. She wished them a Merry Christmas, tied a ribbon around their signature bag, chatted with them effortlessly, radiating incredible positivity.
When it was my turn, the same woman apparently scanned me, decided I looked like a nobody, and silently brought my order out from the back, almost throwing it at me. When I asked for a bag, she pulled out the smallest one and was about to forcibly cram my fairly large box with fragile Christmas ornaments into it. Thankfully, another staff member walked over and offered a larger bag. The first woman then tossed the box of ornaments into it and immediately acted as if I no longer existed.
I felt an overwhelming sense of discrimination and unfairness, and I told her directly: “You tied the previous customer’s bag with a ribbon, as is customary at Brown Thomas, and wished her a Merry Christmas — that was very kind of you.” The woman glared at me and wished me “all the best,” with a tone that made her actual meaning unmistakable.
I am shocked and dismayed by such behaviour in a store of this caliber.
I immediately wrote to upper management, but no one replied. Awful!!!

I recently bought a new TV from Brown Thomas and noticed a small but visible flaw shortly after delivery. I contacted customer service expecting some back and forth, but the experience was excellent.
Danielle and Siobhan were courteous, responsive, and genuinely pleasant to deal with. They treated the issue seriously, kept communication clear, and resolved it quickly with no fuss.

Shocking experience no transparency
So after over 2 weeks my order has arrived and says it was dispatched on 28/11. I was provided with no tracking details at all about it and couldnt stay up to date except for a text message I recieved on the day on whatsapp from dpd informing would be delivered. The address on my parcel was incorrect and the name for delivery was down as Brown Thomas which is incorrect obviously and the first line of my address was removed which led the delivery to a different area altogether. Thankfully the person who received the package was kind and contacted me and I collected it which may not always be the case. This has been an absolute shocking and unprofessional experience, I have had significantly better experiences from vinted and ebay sellers and I expected so much better from this "high street" store.

Was buying my wife her Christmas present in BT's recently I could be best described as a deer caught in the headlights! Thankfully two helpful staff members Chloe and Saoirse were able to guide me! They were excellent. Sincere thanks, Gary.

The ordering process was easy and the click and collect timeframe was as promised.
Jigsaw blouse BT2
I got a gift of a jigsaw blouse Unfortunately it was not a good fit for me .I told my friend and they gave me the receipt to return it .
When I got to BT2 Blanchardstown I went to return it but the item was over the 28 days .I had only received gift a couple of weeks previous .BT2 were not able to give a gift card or credit note to use instead if it couldn't be returned.
It's annoying but it's still a stock item and I would have been happy just for an exchange even.
When you get an expensive special gift like this it's a special moment but now to have no use for it is upsetting.
Great staff
I wanted to try some Charlotte Tilbury make up on to see what suited my skin. I cannot recommend Aoibhe on this make up counter enough. She was so professional, had a lovely genuine manner - and selected great products to show me how they would look. I would highly recommend asking for her.
Then I went upstairs to try on some clothes and the ladies in Hobbs were so helpful. It's always a good experience and I love this store.

Always a 5/5 experience at Brown Thomas. The staff is attentive but discreet, they don't follow you around and they actually let you browse in peace. Furthermore, I can always find what I am looking for in store and I just keep coming back!
