Amazing experience. After sales support (for return and exchange) also very good.

Ordered pool pump motor and after putting on within 2 hours was so hot melting the internal plastic components! Wanted video BUT last I checked can't smell or feel through video! Asked to send back for refund and said sure but I had to pay for return and 30% restocking! WTH, you send me CRAP and after 30% and postage I might as well have a very large pos paper weight! BEWARE this place will screw you if there is a problem with their China crap!!! Go elsewhere!!!!

Product came very well protected in bubble wrap. It is beautifully constructed and cable length is around 15 ft. I was able to put it on my roof and connect to a device in my office. Unfortunately my present router lacks sufficient capability to power this antenna so it does not work well in my specific situation. I am running a MOFI 4500 router
