Ordered a few weeks ago, and paid for the extra parcel protection. Package is officially lost, says delivery was attempted by laser ship at 9pm when no delivery was ever attempted. Lasership is known to steal packages so I was glad I paid for the extra protection. But even with paying for the protection the company refuses to do anything. So now I’m out my money and cup. Buyer beware!

I ordered a Hopsulator slim! It has been 12 days and i still have not received it! Yet they are saying it’s not their fault! It’s basically mine because I didn’t purchase parcel protection! Like wth! Why spend more money! This was suppose to be a Father’s Day gift! And we’re going on 12 days of no product yet!!!

I bought the wine cooler and Xl Toddy
I bought the wine cooler and the XL Toddy. The wine cooler is nice BUT the XL TODDY is terrible!!! I would fill it and then after I finished drinking my tea/coffee... I could not open it it always would be stuck. I tried everything! It was a big disappointment! I spent almost $100 for both items and when contacting support they told me to just stick it in the freezer which did not work!! terrible product and customer service. If you are to buy something stick with YETI.
Imperial Pint is useless
I bought an imperial pint product to use in my car. The lid is impossible to open with one hand, so I'd need to leave the lid open in the car. Defeats the purpose of the insulated mug. When I got it, I filled it with boiling water and after four hours (this is how long it's supposed to keep beverages hot), the water was cold. Not warm - cold. Useless. I sent it back immediately.

I ordered an item and never received it. They immediately charged my CC and said the item was delivered to a locker.
Never heard of such a thing.
They now are giving me the run around and did not even contact their delivery carrier to find out what happened to my order. I am filing a complaint with the BBB and considering contacting my attorney due to their pathetic behavior. Save your money and steer clear of this scammer!
Paint chipping already…
I was excited to get a Brumate for my birthday but within two months of receiving it the paint all started chipping off. I contacted them and all they could do was give me $10
off on my next order. Why would I order anything else when my paint is chipping off. Also, what cup company only has a one month warranty on it!?!?

When you give them your cell number for text marketing they do not provide the additional discount. When contacted, they claim the texts are simply so you don’t miss the deals. Deceptive and fraudulent marketing. Beware.

I recently purchased two of the Gold Leopard Toddies but meant to purchase one of those and one of the Imperial Pints. Both were $29.99. I am not sure what happened that day, but when I received the order, I was surprised. I contacted customer service. I wasn’t ugly I just said I thought I had ordered one of each. The guy was Rude. He wanted to argue, but I didn’t go there. When I read that they have the best CS, I surely wasn’t treated that way. I just asked to please tell me how to return one of the toddies, and I would order the Pint. He sent over the instructions to me with no other help. When I went online to do the return, there was a note that said “this item is not returnable”. Why didn’t he tell me I couldn’t return it? He was looking at the order. I had contacted them within an hour after receiving the wrong order. I cannot imagine why it was not returnable. Long story short, “Beware”. The mug is nice, but I didn’t need two and still don’t know why I have two!

My husband, a military veteran, ordered the Toddy XL in Black Camo. He was so exited for this cup to come, but when it did, he was utterly disappointed. His mug is essential completely black, if you didn't know it should be Black Camo, you would never be able to tell there was any camo there. You cannot see camo on his cup at all. The Black Camo is a failed misrepresentation of what it should have been.
Brumate vs Yeti
I couldn't figure out why my coffee did not stay as hot or was as hot after first brewing. I thought there was something wrong with our Keurig maker. I was comparing it to a Yeti container I had been using. Turns out it was the Brumate. I guess you get what you pay for. It does not compare well with Yeti if you are wanting to keep things hot.
Something shady is going on here...
It's very peculiar how many 5 star reviews from the exact same date talk about how amazing the company is. Who even writes a review like that? People just want a quality item delivered as promised. I ordered two items that were marked as shipped but the carrier never received them and tracking info never updated. 20 days later and still no updates so I requested a refund. The whole ordeal cost me $.98 in route insurance. Never again!
Horrible Shipping - Great Product
I absolutely love the Brumate products, my problem is not with them. Brumate also has the best customer service!! My issue is with their shipping, it is HORRIBLE! If you want something don't expect to receive it quickly, if you need something order a month in advance. I was to receive my order 2 days ago, it still isn't here, I received a tracking number that gave updates for a few days then went silent.
When I called FedEx I got a computer that told me the company selected FedEx ground economy and there is no available information.

The gold and onyx leopard print collection is the prettiest things that I have ever seen! I use them daily! I move them from my camp trailer to my house and am working on getting the entire collections!!! Must have for any season!!!!
To much sweat
I have been using a less expensive double wall can cooler and decided to try brumate. I like it but it sweats a whole lot more than the other brand and I'm constantly pouring condensation down my chin from the sweat. Always having to pour excess water out of bottom. Would like to love but switching back to the other brand. Not real happy!

I ORDERED THE BRUMATE TODDY AND THE SPOUT TO DRINK OUT OF ONLY FITS AT THE HANDLE AND ACROSS FROM THE HANDLE. I HAVE TRIED SEVERAL WAYS TO FIT IT IN THE DRINKING POSITION STARTING AT 180 DEGREES AS SUGGESTED. IT DOES NOT WORK. I AM RIGHT HANDED AND THERE IS NO WAY TO FIT THE LID SO YOU CAN DRINK. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

I ordered 4 Brumates and realized that they were the wrong size. The 1st interacting with Brumate was amazing. It quickly went downhill from there. I was supposed to get my items on May 5th, and I never did. I received an email for tracking, It stated that the label was crated, but never received by the shipping company. Then I got an email from Brumate saying sometimes this means my items are lost. I responded that I did not receive the product yet. And they basically are forcing people get the shipping protection, and if you don’t you won’t get your order.
They “resent” the order. It gets delivered, and all three items are damaged. I try to contact Brumate and you can only chat online or via email, no phone number is listed. I finally get someone, and they said to send pictures, so I did. They said the damage does not affect the purpose of the cups, so they can offer me 30% off my order. I asked to return all 4 items for a refund. The person I was chatting with told me to respond to the email from now on and not the chat. I asked if the return all 4 items, and she stated no just three and to return the 4th I would have to do it myself via the website.
I went ahead and returned them via website. I got an email on May 17th, that my items were received. On May 21st, I got an email stating my order has been refunded and it would take 3-5 business days. It has been over that and I still do not have my refund. I emailed again, and now the are saying” In reviewing, all three items from the BM******* order have been returned, but the items from BM****** have not checked in with the warehouse yet. Looks like return tracking shows that the order was sent back to us and arrived at the warehouse on the 25th. Our warehouse requires around 7-14 business days to check in returns prior to returns being refunded.
I have been trying to chat with someone via chat I put in my order number and email and no one will respond. I got on other chat platform and didn’t put in my order number or email and am now chatting with someone.
This is absolutely insane, and their products are terrible quality, their customer service is nothing short of a nightmare. No return has ever said it would take 7-14 days. I would never recommend this company to anyone. I have been using S`well for years and I 100% regret just sticking with them.
Great products!
I started buying their products years ago and I have never regretted any of those purchases. Their products make any gift giving easy. They're durable, they keep your drink warm and/or cold for a good amount of time, they always have different colors and styles to choose from. And they're always running some type of deal so I've never paid full price before.
I never got my order
I never got my order. After 14 days, the "route package insurance" tried to send another instead. I don't want this anymore I have zero trust in brumate.
