Alistair Brusby did a visual inspection of my detached house due to my concerns about internal cracking. He was thorough and detailed in his observations and very good at answering questions and concerns. His written report was clear, detailed and very helpful.

I was very pleased with the level 2 home buyers report provided by Alistair. The detail was far and above what i expected it to be for the level of survey I chose which showed things to look out for in the future for potential issues. I was also able to call Alistair the day after inspection had taken place for a brief verbal summary prior to receiving the written report. Alistair was very thorough when inspecting the buildings. He was very willing to explain the issues & remedy's to eliminate water ingress.

Alistair managed to fit our survey in at short notice. The provided report was delivered within the agreed timescale and was easy to read and understand. It helped remind us of things we still needed to ask and was of sufficient detail. The cost of the survey was a little higher than I had expected to pay but getting a good survey was the important factor and I went with the reviews.
Would have given 5 stars but cost was a little high.
