We were very impressed with Brusby Surveyors! Alistair took great care in his visit to our property, and made detailed notes and photographs. We received our report back shortly after the survey, and Alistair was accomodating in taking a telephone call before the report just to let us know a general overview. We would absolutely use Brusby again and highly recommend them!

We used Brusby Surveyors to redefine and redraw the land registry plans and documentation for the movement of a boundary line submission to the Land Registry. Very friendly Alistair arrived on time, explained exactly what he would do and how. Full survey of a very dilapidated house at a very reasonable price. Report issued quickly; lots of photos and accompanying written explanations and in such a way as will make it easy for a builder to see what's required and quote accordingly. Also recommended potential tradesmen for the jobs, so hopefully won't get "cowboyed". Would definitely use again.
