I'm a professional and ordered from this company. I bought a 6-in-1 device for around $600 and the upgraded LipoLaser device for around $2600. The cavitation function on the 6-in-1 machine is pulsing, not continuous regardless of mode. Choose a long pause during which no energy is transmitted, or shorter pauses with brief bursts of energy. The radio frequency handpieces stopped working literally the first week of use. The company rep told me that handpieces are "disposable" and therefore not warranted, and that I could buy new ones with an exorbitant shipping cost. Then the flanges on the cords on two of the laser pads wore out and cracked after just a few months of gentle use, allowing the exposed inner wires to slide to the outside. I contacted the company a couple of times, well within the warranty period, to ask about buying two replacement laser pads as I don't feel good about exposed wires touching my clients. The company blocked my email address so that I don't have a way to reach them any longer. The other laser pads do work well though, so I'm giving these a second star. For what it's worth, Bruun no longer sells this laser device.

Excellent experience with BRUUN. The K-Beauty products are top quality and you can see the difference in your skin within the first few weeks. Shipping was fast and everything arrived well packaged. Customer service was attentive and helpful. Highly recommended.

I ordered a cavitation machine on May 7th. The website stated I would receive my order in 4-5 business days. My expected delivery day was May 15th. I did a little research and saw the company us in Florida so I thought it was all accurate. Here it is June 2nd, and I still haven't received my order. I haven't even received a delivery date. Although, and rep does respond to my emails, I'm not given any delivery details. They did admit the website is dishonest since the products are shipped from China. I was never going to get delivery in 4 or 5 days. At this point I don't know if I will receive my oder at all. They don't seem to care that I am dissatisfied with no product received. I would definitely order from a more transparent, honest company. I am wondering how long I wait before I report being scammed.

Arrived earlier than predicted. Was packed very securely. Plug n play/easy to use. Is going to save me alot of money over the course of time.im very very pleased and excited!! You should sell or supply the RF gel as well.

I never got my package and the company don't have any number where to communicate with someone. They never sent any information of the shipped package. Extremley dissapointed

I never got the product. Be aware of a ghost company without a customer service number. Be aware of a company that is pleased with their product be delivered to a random parking lot and not the actual address on the order. Be aware of a company that doesn't have any respect for their customers, neither for their own products, that they send without any security for them to get at the right hands. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AT ALL. Worst experience ever. I feel I got rob twice, by Fedex and by this company. I even have to report them to the police.

Literally terrible, they sent me the wrong item and then proceeded to lie to me about them resending me the item I needed, when it was in fact sold out the whole time. I ordered my item almost a month ago and never got it . DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. They will straight up lie to you and tell you it's shipped

I no longer needed the item and they were able to cancel the order before it arrived to me, and it was refunded. I appreciated the customer service.
