They sold us a faulty laptop device and refused to replace it because they said we opened it and we should go to the supplier in Nasr city,
We went their and the supplier said we don't sell this item you should go to al mouhandisin which is very far and I don't have time as I am taking this laptop and traveling.
No one should buy anything from this company, scammers alert

بصراحه انا مستغرب ازاي الشوب شغال. حاجز ودافع تمن اجهزتي الكهربائيه من ٣ اسابيع وجايين دلوقتي يقلولي معلش اصل البضاعه مش موجوده. ده لو هنا في المانيا كان زمانهم اقفلو من زمان ...بالمناسبه قسم خدمه العملاء علي تواصل. كل يوم يقولك بكره هههه. ربنا في عون الناس في مصر. خبره اكثر من سيئه

Awful customer service, they don’t issue a refund.. they take their goods and don’t pay the customers their money, worst experience ever

I would give it zero stars! I have never seen customer service as deplorable as what I have seen with this company! 48 hours and I still don’t know when my washing machine is being delivered!

Worst company ever. Just plain thieves. I ordered several appliances online and they weren't delivered for 3 months. I canceled the order a month ago, and they still refuse to refund my money. Customer service is unhelpful. The worse company I've dealt with in Egypt.

I bought earbuds that has defect microphone, they refuse to return.

Don't do business with this company as much as you can: their 30 days return policy is fake. Simply, once the company put its hands on your money and deliver the product to you. Then, they don't care about a damaged or malfunctioning products when you issuing a return.

Also the return is not available on the website to indicate the reason or to cancel the product, instead you have to call them soooo many times, and they Will not come pick-up the product from you, They want you to go to a nearest branch.

Trust me, this is an absolute theft and if you wane sue the company, good luck doing that in a country like Egypt that's literally does not have a law.

I requested a return for one of the four product that I have purchased for it came in damaged, and no one helped me out over the phone beside saying, "I have escalated your request to the head manger and we will call you back in tow hours" No-One has called Me for days, and I am the one who has to call back again and again, and again.... forever and until now, no solution.

Trust me, do not do business with this company in all ways. I have worked with Souq.com, and I thought they have the same integrity like Souq.com but sadly they don't have it at all.
