BTX couriers have shocking customer service
I phoned BTX customer service to track an order from Sony that is more than 48 hours late now. BTX blamed Sony, Sony blamed BTX. Both have told me to sort it out with the other company, with neither taking responsibility or accountability on their side. None the less, the BTX customer service agent that I spoke to accused me of yelling at her, which I definitely was not doing. I was annoyed which may have been expressed in my tone when I asked her whether the companies are not able to communicate with one another. I asked her whether it was possible to have a reference number for the call so I could have some track of who I’ve spoken to on both sides and when, which she said she couldn’t give me. So I asked for her name - she then strangely accused me of yelling at her again and said that she’s ‘not getting anywhere’ with me, and that she is going to ‘now end the call’. I was shocked! She somehow managed to make herself a victim in all of this as a way of covering up her lack of competence and the company’s lack of accountability.
The company website claims that they have ‘exceptional customer service’, which could not be further from the truth.
