The customer service is great but I find the app to feel cluttered and claustrophobic.Too much stuff in one small place. There is no share facility for updates.Having this facility allows current members to promote the syndicate to their family and friends. It's a great free way that you could increase your client base.

I would prefer to get my owners information through a website and not rely on an app.
I received a 'Happy Birthday' email message from you, informing me that I had a "surprise gift" awaiting me on your app. Try as I might I could not locate the information on the app. I had to contact you again by email to find details on how to access it. I thought the app would be easier to use than this! Please give your owners a website, like all other racing syndicators do.

Jury is still out, purchase experience was great and easy, would still like more info on how the token system works and how the investment affects individual owners. Probably on the pds but 72 pages takes some getting through, needs a simple explanation?

I must say, I am absolutely loving seeing my horse updates - the photos and videos are so cute! I'm also getting really invested in hearing about her training updates. Highly recommend!!
