Quick response with all contact. From the straight forward qualifying criteria, to the telehone Doctor consultation's. Everything happened exactly as was stated. The online Bua support and information is invaluable. My 45 minute session with Rachel Cusson dietician explained how to reach my protein targets at each meal. I'm feeling very optimistic about reaching my weight loss goal and finally being able to keep it off after a lifetime of trying.

From the get go, very quick turnaround. I have sleep apnoea but struggled to find a provider as I was not obese. No hassle, great progress in terms of weight loss and great customer service. Recommend.
