This is the worst organisation I have had the misfortune to deal with. Their after sales service is appalling. I opened my package and realised straight away that what a joke..absolutely not fit for purpose. I immediately requested a refund. No response for days then they wanted a photo of the seals to show them unbroken which I duly sent. They kept coming back to me for more photos not believing I hadn’t tried the product on. They said they wouldn’t refund if the seal looked like it had been broken. So why can’t they just put them in another tray and reseal? The plastic has not been removed from the nipple covers so still perfectly sellable. In the end I gave up. They made it so incredibly difficult and stressful. The 30 day guarantee does not exist. DO NOT BUY. They are rubbish. Funnily enough all their ads have disappeared from my Instagram feed.

Company do not accept returns once goods have been opened. However How can you try them to see it they support you as advertised if they don't accept opened goods. Support help desk even sent me videos to ensure I was positioning them correctly!!! Which contradicts there policy but I was still declined a return as I'd opened them. I should have read their policy thoroughly and also read reviews on this company. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Like all the other reviews that are negative ( honest not fake I my view) this company is a scam.
They only sent me 1 pair instead of 2 it was a bogof offer. Returns refused even though they were unopened and after 8 emails they eventually told me they weren’t allowed to have returns back from countries not in the EU!!!
I live in England where they advertise!
It was a this point I realised no amount of emails were going to get me a refund from this unscrupulous company.
And I have finally realised that I should not buy too good to be true items from social media .

Purchased via Facebook add. The reviews are fake on there and on here.
Took weeks to arrive and was nothing like the adverts. Really expensive for what it was. Ordered 2 and only 1 arrived. Avoid at all costs.

Ordered these in good faith.
Awful product that does not support or stick.
Contacted for refund to be told there is nothing they can do.

Quick, Easy, Helpful, knowledgeable, and respectful Customer Service Representative.

I ordered the wrong size. As soon as I emailed, and asked how can I return and get the correct size, next morning I got an email to send pictures.

Again the next morning I got a reply how to proceed. Was told, I will receive Store Credit in a few days. But I received the Store Credit exactly the same day. I was expecting to receive it in a few days! I just used it and ordered a correct size now.

I received a GREAT Customer Service and help. A big thanks specifically to Jenna.

Doesn't do what it says at all.
Wish I had taken note of the reviews before I purchased. Total waste of money. Quite embarrassing also if you rely on this especially when attending a wedding. Customer service team is useless

Disappointed with the after service here-feel very much ignored by this company. I ordered buy one get one free-tried one cup on-realised very quickly this was not going to support anything past an A cup. Other item not taken out of package so thought I would be well within my rights to return this and claim my refund. I emailed this company ON THE DAY I RECEIVED THE ITEM twice-no reply-thought they might want to be using delay tactics so that the 30 day "guarantee" would run out. Refund policy stated the BOGOF doesnt support a refund-outrageous-I have no confidence that I will get my money back-proper scam this-do not trust this company or you risk losing your money as I feel I have. Website made to look and feel like a USA company but its from Hong Kong which will not accept UK refunds-dont waste your money!

Dreadful product. Does not work on the more buxom rack.
Only opened one set, tried to send other set back for refund or partial refund but they are refusing. I asked my request to be raised as a complaint and dealt with a manager, which was agreed. Now I'm on radio silence. No response what do ever
I send chasing emails ever couple of weeks, but they are ignored and not responded to.
Avoid at all costs, complete scam. They need investigating by trading standards

These were absolutely useless. Hold up my boobs - that's a laugh they wouldn't even stay on. I asked for my money back back, but they refused for hygiene reasons. Shoot me, but I tried them on. How else was I suppose to find out if they worked? A total scam.

This is a total scam!! I don't recommend the products to anyone, on the social media ads they claim to be as good as a bra, when you actually go on their website it states they don't provide support and are essentially just nipple covers. The ads/films on social media are completely misleading. It also states you can receive a full refund and 30 day money guarantee. Again all lies, you can't return the items if they've been opened so you can't try and return. They also don't do returns to the UK. I have basically been cheated out of money for products which don't work and can't be returned.

Purtroppo l'esperienza con questo brand è stata pessima. Una volta ricevuto l'articolo ho capito che era identico ad altre marche ordinate in precedenza e, non avendo nemmeno aperto la confezione, ho chiesto di poter restituire il prodotto e ricevere un rimborso. Era il 12 luglio 2025. Ad oggi non sono ancora riuscita ad ottenere una risposta definitiva alle decine di email inviate al supporto clienti. Hanno prima preso tempo chiedendomi dettagli e foto del prodotto. Mi hanno poi fornito un indirizzo a cui effettuare il reso, a mie spese. Hanno ricevuto l'articolo un mese fa e stanno continuando a prendere tempo e scuse per non effettuare il rimborso. Sono senza parole. Acquistate questo prodotto solo se siete 100% sicure che vi piacerà perché non riuscirete mai ad avere il rimborso che vi spetta di diritto se restituite il prodotto senza averlo utilizzato.

Was impressed by the ads on Instagram and pictures on their website showing that even larger busts could be lifted fairly dramatically. I’m a B-cup and hate the feel of conventional bras digging in so thought I’d give these a try. They do seem to stick very well (so far), but when I tried to do a small ‘lift’, all it seemed to do was squish my boobs out sideways which gave a rather unflattering outline! Will potentially be useful under strapless/halterneck dresses for modesty/comfort but that’s all.

Wish I had read reviews before spending money on a product that doesn't stick ,the cheap ones are so much better ,as soon as you move they peel off and these were the sticky type ,the only plus side is they are large

I ordered 3 of the bubbles sets, 2 for me and 1 for my daughter, but they are completely useless! They stick for seconds but the minute you move they fall right off! I complained and asked for a refund. They refused, despite 2 sets being unopened, they do not accept returns. Don't be conned by this unethical business. Positive reviews are probably fake. I'm reporting them to trading standards.

Similar issues to other reviewers-wanted to return as there was no way they would fit I ordered cup size E+ but they were tiny. I had been emailing them to ask where my order was and again to ask if they had sent the correct size as there was no individual the size on the product. They responded very quickly to these queries but I’ve now sent 3 emails asking how I get a refund and they’re ghosting me! Wish I had read the reviews here first-they are absolute scammers. I will have to try and get my money back through my bank. As someone else said-if you want to throw £33 down the drain then place an order today!

Absolutely terrible company. Do not stick to their own policies. Took weeks to get a refund accepted and now waiting on them to provide it and contact the delivery company when they didn't answer when my returned product was delivered. Awful.

Awful product don’t fit even though ordered correct cup size, don’t stick and can’t get money back even for the pair unopened! Also you need to open to try! Stay clear complete waste of time and money!
