Excellent Customer Service

I bought a product that was a misunderstanding on my behalf and I wanted to return the item and have itrefunded. Absolutely no problem from James and the team. The experience was so easy and so gratefully appreciated.
Would highly recommend Bubly Bathrooms and there awesome customer service.

Shocking service still no order

After calling the number which I was asked to nobody to take your call so left a voicemail and then got a voicemail back asking to call which again I did and surprise surprise nobody to take your call customer service non existent avoid and should you purchase from.b&q double check that you aren't dealing with this company I still dont have my bathroom suite and still no idea where it is because you cant actually speak to a person they use messaging to track your order but no information and if you ring you get cut off im so frustrated avoid

Speedy service, and help on the end of the phone

A previous order with Bubly hit some bumps in the road over communication but I was impressed enough with how that was ultimately handled to give the company another go. Having explained over the phone that this time we needed a particular toilet urgently to keep our building schedule on track Bubly saw to it that the order reached us within 24 hours at a time when Black Friday deliveries were also in full swing. Very impressed that when we were stuck they pulled out all the stops to help us - THANK YOU : )

The best customer service I have ever experienced, thank you.
I have early stage limb onset MND, with one arm not working as it should anymore, and so in order for me to fit my new sink unit I had to remove the doors to gain some extra space to work in.
I then went on to fit the handles away from the unit and discovered for some reason (maybe stress) I put one on upside down totally ruining the unit. God I was so annoyed with myself.
I should have checked first I know, it’s not something I usually do, doh!
While the replacement was down to me not concentrating I searched online desperately trying to find a replacement and stumbled across your site team Bubly.
After I explained what happened and asked if I could purchase a replacement door you very kindly offered the replacement free of charge.
Well, I just wanted to let you know I’ve received the replacement door and i just wanted to thank you so very much for it, you have made an old man very happy.
The bathroom unit now looks as it should (amazing) and I no longer have to look at it and beat myself up about the mistake I made.
Wonderful customer service from you and I will always highly recommend your company.
Once again, thank you for your outstanding customer care, it was greatly appreciated.

Since posting this statement, I have since had a very quick response from Bubly Bathrooms within 30 mins, the situation has been resolved, I received a full refund & compensation towards a new toilet seat. I am very happy with the outcome & would be happy to make another purchase from this company again.

I ordered this product, told it was out for delivery never received it, rang for a refund & 2 weeks later I’m still waiting for the refund. Not happy with the service.

Ok, but misleading status updates

The automated email messages were not accurate, indicating that my items had despatched when this was not the case at all. However, the company responded to my communications quickly and my items arrived safely, if later than expected.

We bought via B&Q and any installation hiccups were soon rectified with replacement parts sent out right away free of charge. Great company and very responsive.

Item showed as 20 in stock
Ordered item to find out it is out of stock and I need to wait a month, cancelled and placed else where

if your website is going to show the stock then make it accurate..

Excellent Customer Service

The speed of response by both phone and email was very fast when i reported a missing tap delivery. Without fuss they offered a Full Refund or Full replacement. Turns out the missing tap was down to my teenage son and bad housekeeping. The tap turned up at home within 24hrs!! Phoned and cancelled my Refund request and their response was kind, considerate and understanding. Excellent experience and would recommend them to all future clients.
