Bucked Up Supplement Avis 

I love bucked ups products so much, even their apparel! I just ordered all the new apparel items for Christmas gifts for my fam! The fit is so nice, and their flavor profiles are the bomb! I’m a bucked up lifer.

This is one of my favorite health supplement companies! They are transparent with the ingredients in their products and I have been taking them for about two years now and feel great. Their pre-workout is my favorite, I use it every week and it helps me have an amazing workout.

I love the supplements from this company and they are very open to what they put in their products! I def recommend

Embarrassing customer support by this company. I ordered over 500 dollars of product and they cancelled my order for no reason. I had to reach out a dozen times to get them to give me the same price I had since the sale was over. They said no but gave me a coupon. When I went to reorder and use this coupon they then CANCELLED THAT ORDER SAYING THE PRICE WAS WRONG. Not only is this horrible customer service it’s a legal contract. I will never recommend them or purchase a dime from them. Horrible horrible treatment of customers.

I bought the bucked up blue raz pre-workout in the black jar container. I bought it from Giant grocery store. It was purchased within the month and I have just opened it this morning. It us one solid clump, Similiar to what happens after you open a bag of Brown sugar. I tried to return to the grocery store.They would not return the product because it was opened. I reached out to the company after the store advised me so. I have the product along with pictures.And the company will not replace. They said, "unfortunately, we do not offer replacements or refunds." This jar cost me more than $50, and I noticed at the bottom of the container, it expires this month! I am disgusted by the handling of my situation. The bucked up company directly can't back their product. Defective product. I wouldn't recommend this product or company to anyone!

Seems to take forever, 10 plus days to get a sample that cost $17. They use a shipping company that is not very good at delivering items and slow. Box was destroyed. I haven't even tried the stuff I received, but guarantee I will not be reordering from this company.

The product has a lot of filler but that is the least of the concern. Promotions seem to have a lot of fine print and after ordering you end up paying more for a cheap product. Shipping protection fee's are added without option and posted savings are never true when you complete your purchase. Not worth the swollen price that they have risen to.
This last purchase will be my last for a while unless things change. Again not worth the price for the product, customer service, or overall experience you get from what used to be a great option.

They take orders while already being extremely overwhelmed and behind, making the wait to process an order go a week and beyond. AI bot on the side of the screen and bot-like customer service to go with it.

Was 100% to this brand and products, after placing an order using the same email I always use, and BUCKEDUP saying there is no log in or account, and they cant go back to my last large order, and add the points on this $200+ order because I wasnt logged in, I told them to cancel everything and refund, and BYE BYE to this brand! HORRIBLE C.S.................

Ordered on a Friday, waited an entire week (actually 8 days) and no product. Called and they said it takes 2-3 business days to process an order. So Should have gone out Wednesday. No problem, call and see what's going on. Response "oh, sorry looks like it is going out today". I said that was not acceptable service and there were crickets. Finally, the person said she could refund my shipping> I finally get a little bit of satisfaction< Then she says ok, the .40 cents has been taken off of your bill. I laughed and confirmed my order did ship. I then cancelled my auto shipments and moved to another supplier. Know what the new supplier did? They are sending me two for the price of one for switching. That is why customer service is so important!

They advertise one thing and then won’t honor the advertisement. Stay away, horrible customer service.

I ordered the OG Sampler from Bucked Up and the order confirmation clearly showed “OG Sampler.” Instead, I received the Black Series sampler. After eight back-and-forth emails with Chloe (who others here have mentioned by name) trying to correct a $6.55 sampler that is supposed to help new customers try the product, customer service insisted this was correct and refused to send the item listed on my confirmation.

The disappointing part isn’t the sampler itself but the customer service. I am thankful I didn't spend more money with this company as it is clear any issues with orders will not be resolved in an appropriate manner. I later found other reviews reporting similar fulfillment issues and unhelpful responses. This experience made me decide to avoid their products all together.

I ultimately initiated a chargeback with my credit card issuer for an item not received as ordered.

They're a legit company with good products, but what brings me here today is their lack of transparency. I've written reviews for their products over the year and they never get published. I even have receipts to show them they are genuine reviews, but I never see any reviews under 3 stars make it to their website. Very shady if you ask me.

I think the prices are really good foe the quality of the products. They give me everything that they advertised for and it was better than expected!

Bucked up customer service is thee worst I ever seen. Lady named Chloe is so clueless and does not help at all. It's been 3 weeks my order so not shipped when others has received in 1 to 2 weeks. I asked Chloe only thing she says is soon nothing else. Terrible service. Go to transparent labs

If youre serious about lifting (i do clean and press) you need every bit of energy and aggression you can muster. Woke AF gives you that.I smashed my PB by 2kg when i first tried this. Leaves other pre workouts in the dust!!💪

Supplements are fine but customers service is terrible. My second order got held up by the post office, and when I first contacted customer service, they told me to wait. No apology, no token 10% discount for the inconvenience.
I finally got my products and contacted customer service again to see if I could get a discount off my next order for the inconvenience. Email customer service only replied with my tracking number. I called, and I was told that I would have to pay for upgraded shipping if I wanted a guaranteed delivery date. No discount was offered. I won’t pay for upgraded shipping nor will I purchase from a company with such terrible customer service.
